This apartment is great value for money - it is a good size (comfortably slept 6) and the location is ideal - within walking distance to Midtown/Central Park and 5 mins from the subway. It is worth noting that the apartment is above a bar and the road is quite busy so it can be a little noisy at night - we were a group of friends so this didn't bother us so much but a family with young children might find this a problem. The only negative was the WiFi stopped working halfway through our stay. Overall, for the price, this is a great place for a few days in NYC!

Noisy noisy noisy noisy noisy!!!!!
The apartment is on the second floor. On the first floor, there is a pub... (not indicate oline of course!)
In addition to that, a big truck with a noisy engine stayed in front of the window. My familly and I could not sleep at all.
I would not recommend staying in this apartment!!!!

Responses from the host were received promptly and they were very accommodating to our requests. However, I didn't always speak to the same person and somebody else met us at the apartment. I presume there are a number of hosts who manage the apartments - not a problem but it was just a little confusing so something to be aware of!

She did not meet us! Natalie's friend came to the apartment, gave us the key and that's it!!!
