Location: The house is located in perfect residential area. The place is very near to the central station and well connected with public transport. (Bus 13 (Only from station to place), 12, 4, ..).
Note: Please don't take 12 while coming from the station, because it is a round trip. For going to station 12 is the right choice from the house. There is a small park next to the house.Room: The room has everything a tourist/guest needed. (Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Wifi, Dryer, Towers, Dinning table, Air Condition, off course washrooms & beds, few chocolates ..). The best room ....
Host: The host is very friendly and also allowed us to keep our luggage after our checkout. (Concept for this was very good). He give a good introduction for the room, area and city. City maps and tourist information was provided which helped us a lot.
Note: The best supermarket is at the Central Station and requests to plan accordingly.
We really enjoyed our stay in Florence and in this apartment -

The apartment is in a good location close to local shops and transport and very easy to get into the historic centre either on foot or buy public transport.
It has all the facilities you need and is clean and comfortable.
It is also very useful to have a computer with internet.
We really enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was the right choice for us. We highly recommend it.

Seul bémol à l'accueil charmant le retard de presqu'une heure où nous avons stressé dans la rue sans pouvoir le joindre par téléphone (impossible d'ailleurs de le joindre par téléphone de France au préalable).

Lorenzo Conti, is very friendly and helped us a lot during the trip. He waited for us during the time we mentioned and when we lost he picked us from the street.
He answered all my questions I had before booking/after booking/ during our stay.
Lorenzo has a good taste and that can be seen in maintaining his apartment. He kept the apartment very neat and differently.

Lorenzo is a great host and was very helpful. He is very polite and available if you need anything. It has been a great pleasure meeting both Lorenzo and his mother.
