I am French entreprenor in between Paris and New York. Working in fashion and passionate about art and culture. I Like to travel and my favorite destination is south Africa and New york, i like to see expos and visit art galleries. I know New York inside out and will be happy to make a list on where the best places are for shopping, Restaurants, bars, art expo and to go out.

we got no chance to see the place because when we arrived in NY our host told us that the appartment was not available. In the end we had to find a new place on our own.

We changed appartments because Thompson Street wasn't available anymore. However, Karim brought us into an even nicer appartment.

Location was perfect. New Yorks West Village is such an amazing area with little restaurants and shops but although easy to reach. The flat was modern, clean with a special touch. Thanks, Marion

Sie lag ruhig, aber zentral in Manhattan und um die Ecke war gleich die U-Bahn.

This host is definitely a betrayer, anyhow still tolerated by 9flats as partner! Until today he did not pay back our money although he promised to do so several times. Nor did 9flats.

Karim is a wonderful host, very nice guy. Gave us lots of tipps re restaurants etc. Both thumbs up!!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat toll geklappt.
Super war auch, dass wir am Abreisetag die Koffer in der Unterkunft lassen konnten, da wir erst am Spätnachmittag zum Flughafen aufbrechen mussten..

Karim was a great host, very easy going, immediately responding to questions, no problems at all. Would stay with him as a host again in a heartbeat!
