Direkt über einer netten Bar, nicht weit von der Haltestelle und von Supermärkten entfernt. Von dort aus war man in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Etwas unbequeme Betten. Ansonsten OK.

The flat was very nice with everything included we needed for us and our two kids. The supermarket and metro station are located in just 100m distance. You find a pharmacy, coffee-bar, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlour and a playground nearby. We felt save. All people we met were friendly and helpfull.
During our stay we had some problems with the hot water in the morning perhaps due to low water pressure, but Franco tried to solve it soon. The bed was quite hard.
We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the flat!

The flat is very good located for sightseeing by public transportation. Bus 81 drives through the city passing by a lot of the important tourist sides. With tram 5 and 14 you reach the flat by a 20 minutes ride from Roma Termini station. 5 minutes walk to the Bus and tram station. Soon a metro station will open around the corner. A supermarket open until 8.30pm just 2 minutes walk and a pharmacy, too. coffee shop downstairs, if you need to use wifi.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the apartment and visiting Rome. Everything was very comfortable and clean...very spacious. Franco recommended the cafe downstairs and they make the best coffees that we have had yet. A grocery store is on the block as well. We had a great stay in Rome.

War alles sehr entspannt mit Franco letztendlich haben wir uns auch nur zweimal gesehen übergabe war sehr unkompliziert.... Sicher mal wieder.

Franco is a very nice and friendly host. We arrived 3 hours after our announced time, because of an havy accident with full blocking on the highway. We telefoned several times but Franco helped us to keep calm and waited patiently. By phone he was available at any time. Thanks Franco!

Franco and his wife Roberta greeted us friendly ay the tram stop when we arrived in the evening and also gave us some good hints of what places to visit.

Franco was very helpful and accommodating. I confused the time of arrival and he was very generous of his time in helping us to get sitiuated. A very kind host!
