Apartment was not the same one we looked at online, due to booking issues, but was in same building, was larger and still had swimming pool facility, but had no balcony. Apartment more than met our needs, was clean and modern and anything we requested was quickly provided.

Sehr nette Kommunikation, der Hausverwalter Jose war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps (Einkaufsmärkte, Umgebung, etc.). Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Abnahme pünktlich auf die Minute ! Das Appartement war groß genug für 10 Personen, Bäder ansprechend und saniert, die Schlafräume sind realtiv schlicht gehalten, nicht jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Schrank, 3 D TV vorhanden, aber DVBT Empfang, daher keine deutschen Sender, Matratzen alles top und gemütlich, Küche neuwertig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Dachterasse zum Hinterhof hinaus (sprich umgeben von Gebäuden), aber für einen geselligen Abend perfekt ! Freut allerdings nicht jeden Anwohner wenn es etwas lauter wird. Nachteil: Bei unserer Anreise hatten beide Badezimmer keine Abschließmöglichkeit, in einem Bad fehlte die Klinke komplett ! Behelfen war mit 10 Personen angesagt. Sollte schnellstmöglich repariert werden. Zudem fehlten 2 Fensterscheiben zur Terasse hin.

The pool on the rooftop is ok, but you must not bring food or drinks up there.

This apartment is recommendable. My girlfriend and I had a nice week in this apartment. We loved the balcony and its view over Barcelona. The apartment has a good size for 2 persons but I think the place is for 4 persons too limited. The bathroom is small but it has everything you need. The description of the apartment on 9flats is very good and it matches with the reality.
The location of the apartment is very well because there is a big supermarket around the corner and the metro station "Verdaguer" is also not far away. Although the apartment is located at a main street it is very quiet inside the apartment and in the backyard.
The district "Gracia" is also very lovely.

My friends and I are a group of seven 22 years old and the flat was perfect for what we needed. Although it did not have much privacy, due to most of the flat being open plan, it suited our needs just fine. Some facilities could do with improving (the washing machine leaked), but the flat has great potential and we really loved the location and thought it was great value for money. Would definitely recommend this flat to a group of friends going on holiday together!

Logement très propre,moderne et fonctionnel. Situé proche du métro, 5 minutes à pied, et donc très pratique pour être rapidement au centre ville. Le plus , la piscine en haut de l'immeuble ...très appréciable après une journée de visites !

Wonderfull appartment with a big balcony. Verry clean and well equiped. This appartment is in the gracia area. A wonderfull area with a lot of good restaurants and nice small stores. The only thing i have to mention is that a aircondition would be great ;)

I can't comment about this particular apartment, as we couldn't stay there because of repairs. However, the other apartment we stayed in was perfect - clean, well looked after, completely & stylishly furnished, with all modern conveniences. The location was great too - close to the metro and to bars/restaurant, but also on a quiet side street so not too much street noise. If Fabien's other apartments are as well looked after as this, I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great value place without compromising on quality!
