Great place, next to the bus stop going from airport to city centre. Sharing flat with someone else doesn't make any inconvenience. Carmel supplies you with coffee, tea and etc. Impressive sort of DVDs, cozy bed, enough space, sockets (and adaptors for nonUK residents)!

This was my first ever stay with 9 Flats. I was very impressed.
Carmel's hospitality was second to none. She was friendly and welcoming. She provided plenty of information about tourist attractions and public transport. Camel allowed baggage storage which was also really useful.
The location is excellent. Around 10-15 minutes out with plenty of buses to get you in and out of the centre of Liverpool.
The room was beautiful equipped with a TV, comfortable bed and nice clean sheets with plenty of privacy.
I will definitely stay again when I return to Liverpool :) -

Absolutely great host who gives her heart to make you feel like at home! She let us stay until evening after checkout, although she didn't have to.

If you are Beatle Fan this is the perfect place for you!
It´s really behind the shelter in the middle of a roundabout! You must be there! It´s near to John Lennon´s born house (only 2 blocks), to John Lennon´s childhood house, near to strawberry field, to Paul McCartney´s childhood house...

Es la ubicación perfecta para los que van de "Beatle-Turismo". Te puedes ir caminando a Penny Lane, la casa donde nación John Lennon, la casa de la infancia de John Lennon, strawberry field, la casa de la infancia de Paul McCartney, etc.
Además el precio es muy accesible, la casa es segura, limpia y muy cuidada.
