Hola a todos, Me mudé a Madrid el año pasado después de 10 años fuera, 8 de ellos en Londres. Antes me dedicaba a la animación 3D por ordenador pero ahora he vuelto a mi pasión real y me dedico a la pintura. El año pasado estuve renovando el piso que anuncio, que en donde yo vivo y espero sientan como su hogar. I have recently moved to Madrid from London were I was doing compuer 3D animation for many years. At the moment I´m fully dedicated to my real passion, painting. Last year I renovated my flat in Madrid, where i live and hope you also feel at home.

GINETTE 3.0 20-06-2015Nous avons pu visiter Madrid à pied car l'appartement est très bien placé, correspondant tout à fait à ce que nous cherchions. Petit bémol sur la propreté (intérieur placards, angles de pièces). Appartement fumeur.

We had a really great time in Madrid. Ana's apartment was exceptional, felt really cozy (we felt like we were staying home away from home). Pretty much everything was walking distance from metro stations, grocery stores and even the Royal Palace!! We will definitely consider staying there again. It was way better than staying at a hotel.

The renovated apartment, clean(appropriate) and very comfortable with parking.
It is situated in a former(old) alive and popular district. It is close to shops (minimarkets etc.) and of the subway Lavapies (Center of Madrid).
Central location allows to visit numerous sites by leaving on foot or in Subway.
Ideal to have a good stay in Madrid. -

Ana es muy amable y simpática, su apartamento esta en el centro de Madrid, en el barrio de Lavapiés. A diez minutos andando de los centros de interés de la ciudad. El apartamento esta recién reformado, ideal para 2, 3 o 4 personas constad de una habitación de matrimonio y un sofa-cama en el salón. Muy luminoso y silencioso. Lo recomiendo.

Anna nous a dirigés vers l'appartement par téléphone. C'est Marco qui nous a accueillis et Cécilia est venue récupérer les clefs à l'heure prévue. Pas de jugement particulier .
Détail: n'étant pas fumeurs, nous aurions préféré que Marco ne vide pas son cendrier au dernier moment dans la poubelle qu'il nous a laissée. -

Ana's attention to detail was great. Her friend Marcos was super friendly when we arrived too.

Ana, the owner, is very nice and we want to thank her for her very good welcome and its punctuality.
She even suggested us calling her, if need, to indicate us places and sites, restaurants, events to be seen.
