Claud's little flat is centrally located so we were able to easily walk anywhere in central Paris 10/10 for location
The flat is extremely well appointed with absoluteley everything you could ever possibly need. 10/10 for satisifting all needs.
However the bed is impossibly uncomfortable and left me with bruised ribs and a very bad back. It has a good futon on a terrible fold out base which has slats with a wide gap between each one so the futon drops between each one..
Claud, it is essential to throw away the base and replace it with one which has a continious support for the futon hence the 1/5 for description.

Nice Studio in the center of Paris, placed in the 3rd arrondissement in an elegant area near the Les Halles, the Pompidou Center and République .The studio is ideal for 2 persons, is very clean, there is a bright living room with a sofa bed (Fouton), a bunk bad and a closet. There is a kitchen area that is very furnished, with a little table, the fridge and all the necessary things. In the bathroom there's a shower and the toilet and it's very clean. This studio is in perfect Parisian style!
Near the studio there are a lot of activities, pub, restaurants, cinema and market but at the mean time is a very calm place.
I advice this place 'cause It has a good position in the city and a good price (Métro 3, 4, 11).
