Yep, that's probably the tiniest one on 9flats. 13 sqm/140 sq foot: challange accepted! Yet it has ALL the facilities. And it's in the HIPPEST district of the great capital city of Poland. And the VERY CENTRAL one: it's 10 mnts bus ride from the Central Railway Station, 20 mnts walk to Krakowskie Przedmiescie street or up the hill to Three Crosses Square.
With my FREE AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION PICK UP/DROP OFF you'll get here in couple of minutes after arrival (if I only manage to get out of office - 90 % I will).
In the summer you have all the open air Powisle CLUBS for the asking. All year round you can breath the fresh air of the PARK you see from your BALCONY, just in front of you. Powisle is the very heart of the city!

The tenement is HISTORICAL, city and community take good care of this pre-war BEAUTY in white. The area is elegant, so is the building. You leave on the TOPFLOOR (there's an elevator, also tiny).

The facilities? Kitchen is in the room: electric cooktop, oven (tiny, oldish), dishwasher, refrigerator. In the room you also have 32" LCD with lots of channels. You have Wi-Fi. I can provide you with some notebook if you need one. You have a washing machine too. When you're done with sightseeing, eating, drinking, washing and watching, you sleep on a convertible sofa. Shower is not it the room – it's in a tiny bathroom with (regular sized ;) toilet.

Take notice: it's not 5*/AAA class apartment. We see it rather as a place for student/backpacker/couple. Needs some painting/refreshing. Which we will do after winter.

I used to live here with my gf for years, than it was my brother with his. It's not only doable, but also FUN! We used to organize some 20 ppl parties, yep.

If you still hesitate, don't. You'll get WELCOME DRINK :)
And again: with my FREE AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION PICK UP/DROP OFF you'll get here in couple of minutes after arrival (if I only manage to get out of office - 90 % I will)

BTW. You'll get to Frederic Chopin Airport with one bus (40 mnts, 1h during rush hours).

Don't be shy to AMA!
