This cosy, very calm and renovated apartment is ideally situated close to the Rue Mouffetard, the heart of the Latin Quarter. It is suitable for 4 persons and has a splendid courtyard. You will enjoy it's calm after a busy day in Paris.
The living room has 2 windows facing the courtyard, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, cable TV and a dining table. The open kitchen is well equipped with an oven, toaster, coffe maker etc. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the window is facing the courtyard. The bathroom has an Italian shower and the toilet is separate.
The area has a lot of charm because it is both touristic but also inhabited by Parisians which makes it more human and authentic. The atmosphere is not that of mass tourism and so travelers have the feeling of living with the inhabitants of the city. Many food shops, good bakeries with real croissants and real Parisian bistros allow this immersion.
Many places of interest are at walking distance: the Jardin des Plantes (5 minutes away), the Arènes de Lutèce, the Seine, the Place du Panthéon and the Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame de Paris 15 minutes away, and underground line 7 20 meters) is a direct line for Châtelet, Opera, the Louvre Museum, the Galeries Lafayette, the Comédie Française ...
