Cozy house offers nice room for two people located in one of the neighborhoods more natives of the city but also cosmopolitan.
Very near to the seafront you can go to the beach walk. Area of good restaurants and good atmosphere.
At 200 m Sa Faxina Park and 500 of the Golden Mile fashion, Paseo del Borne, Cathedral, La Lonja, museum Baluard, etc.. all very close.
Nightclubs, bars, marina, five minutes.
Famous Santa Catalina market and flea market on Saturdays to two minutes.
The apartment is a second floor with a chill-out terrace decorated with plants of unique beauty that are my passion.
It has a bathroom, a lounge and dining room very bright as you can see from the pictures;
it is equipped with all: sheets, towels, internet, TV…
The apartment has three bedrooms all really comfortable, the one who i'm offering is very good for any person or couple who wants to have peace and chilly days as the 2 windows give the interior of the house and does not get any noise from the street ... a paradise! It has a double bed, a clothes rack, a nightstand made by me, a shelves and 2 interior windows. Also in winter it is protected from the cold by not having exterior walls; the others rooms are mine.
The atmosphere of the house always brings good air and scents of their variety of incense.
Its meticulous and simple style will catch you from the beginning.
Come to try the overnight stay and will never forget the magical welcome!
You can start the day recharging batteries in exquisite French pastries La Madeleine de Proust, known for its almond croissants.
During the day I can recommend the market stalls of Santa Catalina to sample some tapas; however for sushi lovers there is a stall of young chefs that with their culinary skills will leave you speechless.
At night you just have to choose between varieties that offers you the neighborhood: from the traditional fish dish at Lunares in front of the house to Koh thai Asian cuisines.

rent a scooter to move can also be an idea to visit magical places like the longest beach of Mallorca, Es Trenc that offers clean water and s'Embat, the snack bar where you can enjoy a good Mojito at the and of the day.
I would recommend an alternative to excursions: the markets of Mallorca, a glory for fans.
The one in Consell on Sundays, one of the most equipped. This unique market concentrats hundreds of Mallorquin and tourists in search of curios, antiques, unique pieces of decor, art, books ... and good atmosphere.
Also known the one in Arta on Tuesdays morning and in Calvia on Saturdays.
Do not wait to discover one of the richest Mediterranean islands in culture and landscape.
