I was a bit nervous to start off about the organisational side with picking up the key etc. But the office was literally just round the corner, so that worked very well. The people at the office were really friendly and helpful. The flat was in a great location. Its size was perfect, big enough for us 7 people. There was, however, not enough cutlery for 7 and there were no tea towels at all (but no major issue for us). The only real downside was that the cleaning lady forgot to pick up the second set of key to our flat whom the people staying at the flat before us had left in the letter box. So anyone could have picked up the key from there and entered the flat if we had not found it there by coincidence!
