Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, alles war sehr sauber, schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung und das Highlight ist die Mitnutzung der Dachterasse. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Xavier lives in a charming old flat in the center of old barcelona. He knows how to put old stuff with new design together to form a unique atmosphere. The sunny terrace was especially enjoyable and charming.
Just if you are very sensitive to noise, you can hear the people on the street (there are some bars around) even late in the night, but this is everywhere in this area, so don't forget your earplugs.

Einzigartige Lage - am Abend die Tapas Bar um die Ecke, nach dem Frühstück nebenan ins Picasso-Museum und am Nachmittag Kräfte tanken auf der wunderschönen Dachterasse.

bei xavier haben wir uns gleich - zuhause-gefühlt. frühstück mit selbstgebackenen brot, marmelade butter und tee oder cafe.
wir konnten auch wäsche waschen, und diese auf einer sehr schönen terasse aufhängen, da der aufenthalt nur ein teil einer reise war. jederzeit wieder, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Ein Zuhause in Barcelona!

Tolle zentrale Lage, alles in nächster Nähe zu finden, Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock nicht empfehlenswert für Gehbehinderte oder Personen, die schlecht Treppen steigen können. Ausstattund der Wohnung einzigartig. Nicht zu vergessen das hervorragende Frühstück!

Die Wohnung/ das Zimmer war für uns fantastisch zentral gelegen, ohne ständig den ganz großen Rummel vor der Tür zu haben.
5 min. ins Barrio Gotic, 8 min. nach Barceloneta und ans Meer, zu Fuß, versteht sich!
Toll war auch die Dachterasse mit sonniger Frühstücksmöglichkeit, weitab von den Touri-Horden.

Xaviers Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt, aber (angenehm) weit genug von den Ramblas entfernt und direkt neben dem Picassomuseum, ein Geheimtipp! Metro, Restaurants, Läden, alles nah. Super geschmackvoll und toll eingerichtet vom Innenarchitekten, er hat insgesamt zwei schöne Gästezimmer. Die gehen zur Gasse raus, die zwar nicht von Autos befahren, aber doch von Nachtschwärmern frequentiert ist. Die Doppelglasfenster halten die Geräusche gut draußen, aber wer mit offenem Fenster schlafen will, sollte Ohrstöpsel dabei haben. Wir wurden supernett empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Xavier's place is more than renting a room, it's like being at home in Barcelona! Xavier is a great host, kind and helpful, a true architect with an eye for detail and design. His flat is modern and stylish. Right in the centre of everfything. Shops, restaurants, even the Picasso Museum is right at your doorstep. We couldn't have found a better place to stay, we are lucky he was sharing his home with us. Thank you and see you again - for sure!

Sehr zentral gelegen, WLAN zur freien Verfügung, Frühstück wirklich ok. Das Zimmer klein aber ausreichend, sogar ein Lüfter war vorhanden. Authentisches Ambiente in der Altstadt, einfach super.

Such a beautiful place! Very stylish, absolutely recommandable!

It´s a wonderful place to be on holiday. The flat is clean und very nice. And we love the terace.

We booked the room because the terrasse did look nice on the picture (and it is good). We were not aware how central the location really is: 10 sec.! to Picasso museum, 5 min to parc ciutadella for jogging in the morning, 10 min to the waterfront... to walk. A very nice living room and all styled really with good taste.
