This place was perfect! Me and three friends rented this place over a weekend and could not have been happier. A lot of space and a really clean place. Very cosy and it made us all feel like home.
On top of that we had one of the more beautiful and unique parts of Berlin right outside our door.

We never actually met our host but communication by internet and phone was very good

We had a very nice stay and were immediately made at ease by sipping a coffee together with our hosts in the terrace overlooking the internal yard. The apartment is quiet and very nice - it's worth to rent the whole two floors. The top one is really a charm!
