Alexander 4.0 04/12/2013Lage super, nur 81 str ist verkehrsmäßig laut und Heizung macht starken Krach. Ansonsten alles Bestens, es könnten aber ein paar Ablagefächer im Bad angebracht werden. Würde die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Muy decepcionada con NYC Furnished Rentals Apartments y con la gestión de 9 Flats. Llegué a NY el 11/09 y el lunes 9 me cambiaron el apartamento por otro más barato a lo que yo había pagado inicialmente. Si rechazaba el cambio me quedaba sin apartamento en NY durante los 10 días, así que lo acepté, pero reclamé el abono de la diferencia de precio, ya que yo pagué más de 3000$ por un apartamento amplio para 4 personas y me dieron otro; y en la factura que me entregó NYC Furnished Rentals Apartments por el nuevo apartamento, el precio total eran de unos 2500$ por otro apartamento muy pequeño para 4 personas, sin salón de estar y una de las habitaciones sin armario ni cajoneras para colocar la ropa. Todo muy desastre y muy decepcionante. Desde 9FLATS no me ayudaron demasiado, solo se limitaban a decir que si NYC Funished Rentals Apartment no aceptaba el abono, ellos no podían hacer nada. Esta gestión es una especulación a toda regla y un robo, se vende una cosa y se da finalmente otra.

El cambio de alojamiento, sin conocer el anterior, ubicación buena pero la insonorizacion: FATAL, HORRIBLE , NO hemos dormido ninguna noche.

2 full bath rooms, 3xTV flat, WiFi internet, air condition, elevator, washer +dryer, dish washer. All equipment very new.

Logement bien placé, immeuble correct, chambres OK. Le problème important est la seule salle de bain. Insuffisant pour un appartement qui est décrit pour...8 personnes, d'autant plus que les seules toilettes sont dans cette salle de bain. Celle ci est vraiment vieillotte, fissurée de partout ( le superintendant est venu réparer une fuite des WC dans l'appartment du dessous...) Plumbing tres insuffisant, pas de pression d'eau.
Au total, état très moyen, mais l'appartement est néanmoins très pratique comme emplacement. -

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung, ordentliches Apartment in einer Wohngegend aber alles dicht bei (Restaurants, Subway etc,)

Be aware to mention that
- two bedrooms are to the street. For anyone not used to city life, traffic can be loud at night ...
- there is no elevator to the flat -

Die Lage ist super der Wohnung. Sie ist in einem sehr interessanten Kiez mit vielen Möglichkeiten essen und was trinken zu gehen.
Die WHG liegt im Erdgeschoss und 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer sind zur Strasse raus. Die Fenster entsprechen nicht gerade europäischem Standard. Jeder der zur Strasse raus schläft sollte einen sehr tiefen schlaf haben. Das Haus ist auch sehr hellhörig.
Die WHG hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zufühlen.

Placed a few blocks away from Central Station, this amazing apartment has all the amenities you need for a perfect stay in New York. It is really good connected with the main highlights of the city, like the Rosevelt Island Tram where you can go walking. The area is full of life, you will find nice cafes and restaurants minutes away from your door. Just a perfect choice to spend a good time in the capital city!

NYC Furnished Rentals Apartments.
En el ultimo dia nos cambia de alojamiento, a peor, reclamamos y mejora 10 av. w45/46 sth pero la insonoridad FATAL, HORRIBLE, por un lado la 10 av. bar de musica a tope y el transito como si estuvieras a pie de calle, del otro lado la máquina de aire acondicionado del bar como si fuera el zumbido de los motores de un avion. Ubicación buena. Ültimo dia dejar las maletas en consigna de su oficina de Wester Union ....33$, , a eso se le llama facilidad. -

++ original appartment was not available but we got a better one without additional costs.
- they promised us to give us 3 keys (we were 6 persons) but we got only 2. A second try was not successful, too.
- we got the exact position of the appartment not before arrival. so we were not able to find it with google maps but had to search it with all luggage. -

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft war es überhaupt kein Problem den Schlüssel zu bekommen (23:50 Uhr). Alles war so wie es auch beschrieben war"!

Service was perfect. The days during our stay were colder as expected in that season. Thus heating system was not activated anymore. Our request for mini ovens was quick and easy answered. We got 3 of them and had a wonderful warm and cosy time. Thanks again.

Die Schlussel holt man in einem office ab. Hier sollten die Mitarbeiter darauf achten, das man besagt bekommt wie der vermieter heißt der WHG. Die Schlüssel waren nur mit einer Nummer gekennzeichnet und nicht mit dem Namen. In dem Haus wohnen ca. 30 mietparteien.

They will take care of every need you have. They are available till late night for any kind of inquiry you have, and their office is next to Central Station, perfect if you come from the airport so you don't need to spend that much time to pick up the keys of your apartment.
