la casa è davvero molto bella.in un quartiere tranquillo.
a 10-15 minuti a piedi da alexanderplatz. e 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ostbahnof (e quindi all east side gallery).
le stazioni metropolitane piu vicine sono ostbahnof e jannowitzbruckethe house is really beautiful. in a quiet disctrict.
is 10-15 minutes by feet to arrive in alexanderplatz and 5 minutes by feet to arrive at ostbahnof station (and so to east side gallery)
the nearest underground station are ostbahnof and jannowitzbrucke -

Perfekte lage an der eastside gallery und direkter anschluss an den nahberkehr. schönes ambiente, alles was man für einen kurzurlaub braucht war gegeben. flexibles kommen und gehen war kein problem. insgesamt PERFEKT und genau das was wir gesucht haben!

The flat is nice and comfortable, in a great area with great connections to everywhere and at a walking distance from Alexanderplatz (about 10 min).
The room in good, clean and cosy. The shared bathroom is farly good and fairly clean. The rest of the flat is nice and very cosy.
Make sure you know the house rules before booking because there are quite a few!
Guests get limited space for clothes and food but it was more than enough for me (12 nights).
Overall I enjoyed my stay there, I liked the place and I'd probably go back again. -

Wir waren der Meinung, wir hätten ein Apartement gemietet und haben stattdessen ein kleines Zimmerchen in einer von den Vermietern bewohnten Wohnung bekommen. Es fehlte ein Fernseher, ein Kühlschrank (wir hatten im vollgepfropften Familienkühlschrank ein kleines Fach). Das Zimmer war vollgestellt mit Regalen und darin hingen offen die Kleidung sowie Sachen der Vermieter. Wir bekamen genaue Zeiten genannt, an denen wir das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche betreten durften, um unser Frühlstück zuzubereiten und am Esstisch auf bestimmten Stühlen zu sitzen. Abends durften wir bis 20.00 Uhr auch einmal ausnahmsweise den Herd benutzen. Es wurden unerträgliche Vorschriften gemacht. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr unwohl. Kommunikation fand nicht statt, stattdessen wurden Briefe vor die Türe gelegt, in denen die Regeln nochmals aufgeschrieben waren.

Beautiful flat with enought spacious sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and living room (if you are going to Berlin I think you will not stay at home!). The building has a unique and courious S form and it's placed in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with lots of wooded avenues. It's very well connected with urban transport: about 5-10min. from S-Bahn and U-Bahn by foot.

perfekte Lage, zehn Minuten zum Ostbahnhof, respektive 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn, zentral gelegen, Supermarkt in der Nähe, ruhige Lage(da auch im vierten Stock)

The location is perfect, close to charming Friedrichshain and in the same time walking distance to Alexanderplatz. I can highly recommend it.

This original and familiar flat is situated in a residential area next to Alexanderplatz. The apartment is lively, full of interesting objekts and details. The guestroom is small but bright and quiet. You will find parks and green areas around the building being at the same time in the center of Berlin.

peyton e eva sono fantastici.
ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo stati a casa,speriamo di tornare presto e sicuramente torneremo nel loro appartamento.
consigliatissimi.peyton and eva are wonderful.
they made us feel like we were at home, we hope to come back soon and for sure we are going to come back in their home.

Peyton and Eva are very welcoming and friendly. My stay with them was quite long (12 nights) and enjoyable. They like their privacy but also their guests' company and they have been very helpful for anything I might have needed/asked.
Overall I enjoyed my stay there with them and I'd probably go back again. -

Der Herr des Hauses war sehr sehr unfreundlich und bezeichnete sich als Chef, dem die Gäste zu gehorchen hätten.
Die Dame des Hauses haben wir sehr selten gesehen, sie war verbindlicher.
Wir haben uns sehr zusammennehmen müssen, um keinen Streit zu erleben. Die Atmosphäre war frostig. Solche Leute sollten besser nicht vermieten. -

Peyton and Eva were WONDERFUL hosts! I totally recommend them and their place for travelers. Their flat is located in a good area, very close to Ostbanhof train station. About 15 mins by foot to Alexanderplatz. It was a great experience! I had an awesome time in Berlin!

Peyton is a kind and quiet man who likes to getting to know new people. He lives with his wife in the flat where he offers a guestroom, that has an original and nice atmosphere.
