Erster Eindruck gut, wie man kurze Zeit später feststellen konnte, ein Teil der Möbel defekt, Bsp.Oberteil des Garderobenständers fiel uns plötzlich entgegen, eine Schranktür der Kücheneirichtung fiel uns auch fast entgegen, Wasserkochkessel der Boden durgerostet-beim ersten Kaffeewasser kochen Kochherdmulde unter Wasser. Ein weiterer kleiner Kochtopf defekt, somit kochten wir das Kaffeewasser
(für 2 Personen) in einem großen Suppentopf der nur noch vorhanden war, aber in Ordnung war.
Wenn eine Gruppe von 4 Leuten sich voll bei diesem Kücheninventar hätte verköstigen wollen, wäre nicht möglich gewesen.
Duchekabine schimmelig !! Trotz vorhandener Duftspender Schimmelgeruch vorhanden.

It is a very nice, very good placed flat.
(Only the neighbors were a little bit loud at night.)

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen können.

We personally felt this was very well located! Market was close as well as a real nice area to go out at night, at the same time close to the center, but still quiet. The sea is a bit further away, but still reachable.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with a real awesome view out to the city towards the beach. Perfectly located between two metro stations, and the Sagrada Familia just a stone throw away. We found the area to be safe and well equipped with super markets, telephone shops, eateries and even a couple of souvenir shops.

The Apartment was perfectly clean when we came in and Pedro accommodated us with a check in earlier than specified. Very cosy and comfortable, there was a bit of traffic noise from the street below but nothing that takes away your sleep.

I hope to get back to this place the next time i am in Barcelona. Thanks Pedro

Posizione ottima piena di negozi e supermercati vicino alla stazione Fontana della metro e se uno e un camminatore si possono raggiungere tutte le zone d interesse,la casa e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno sopratutto con bambini perche ha questo terrazzo .L.unica pecca e chr essendo zona centrale e un po rumoroso di notte.
