It was a really nice apartment in a very central location, the little street is calm even being so central. We enjoyed our stay and I would stay again when coming back to Barcelona.

It was an amazing stay at Nicolas apartment. It was the perfect location to stay in Barcelona for our family and to start our tours. Nicola gave us a lot of valuable recommendations and we really enjoyed the time here. We hope that we will return to Barcelona soon and stay again at Nicolas apartment.

Wonderful Appartement! Everything in there what you need! By foot you can reach the Metro or just take a 5 minute walk to Palaca Cataluyna, or La Ramblas. We enjoyed it very much an will come back for sure !!

Das Appartment liegt an einer sehr günstigen lage.
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können von dort erreicht werden.

Before arriving all our questions were answered more than quickly. Upon arriving the host was very friendly and explained us everything. We got tips for going out for dinner.
