The apartment was ok, but we were not informed about: a bar on the ground floor with loud Music, a loud construction site on 2nd av directly in front of our bedroom, construction site in the apartment next to our apartment... even on Sat they started working on 8am!

Hi, first of all, we didn`t get to stay in the apartment we booked, because something wasn`t working. So we got to have a "better" one, more room, closer to Times Square. But less bathroom and pretty dirty and wrecked. So the next day we went to the agency and changed apartments. The ladys there really helped us, because "Mo" didn`t have another apartment vacant fitting for a family. That apartment -from some other agency- was really good and big und well located. After all, it was a very fine stay.

Really lovely flat - very warm - absolutely the best location to reach everywhere - we couldn't fault it!
Very happy!

We were not given the flat we booked we were given 506. The flat was small, if opened the sofa bed the bedroom was blocked off. There was a bad smell of gas which I mentioned to company but nobody did anything about it, had to turn gas cooker off all the time but did not improve. Booked as two single people, not suitable, company said presumed you were a couple, stupid comment, not enough linen for sofa bed. Locks on door very poor felt unsafe leaving valuables. No towels or any dish clothes etc. Only good point Shower good actually hot. Basically it was inferior to what we booked and feel mis sold, if booked a flat that is what you should be given or a better one or money back.

logement à la limite d'être insalubre, sale, mal isolé, très bruyant, pas du tout conforme au desciptif. Appartement pas pratique, pièces en enfilade, Très peu de vaisselles, un verre à pied pour 10 personnes. Bref ne surtout pas louer....

El apartamento no se correspondia con las fotos, por tanto nos han engañado. Estaba preparado para 4 personas y no para 6 (por ejemplo solo habia 4 sillas). No funcionaban cosas como la ciscerna del water y la luz del water. Una habitación tenía la misma anchura que la cama y habia que escalar la piecera de la cama (de aproximadamente 1 metro 30 cms) para poder acostarse. El apartamento estaba bastante sucio, paredes con manchas, radiadores roñados ...... La calle está bastante céntrica pero es imposible dormir ( a partir de las 5 de la mañana) dado que enfrente tiene una empresa con camiones saliendo y entrando constante y la insonorización deja mucho que desear. Dudo mucho de los comentarios positivos que tiene este apartamento.
ME SIENTO TOTALMENTE ENGAÑADA.
No he podido contactar con el anfitrión dado que la gestión la lleva una oficina.
Ni siquiera es cierto como ponían que hablaban español, como ven absolutamente nada ha sido posiivo.

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos. Beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre qui donne sur la rue à cause de la circulation et du bar d'en dessous. Prévoir des boules quies pour les sensibles du sommeil. Les deux douches sont pas top top : l'eau pas très chaude et jet mas super puissant. Les lits sont spacieux et confortables. L'appartement était assez propre à notre arrivée. Une cafetière à filtre, grille pain, plaque gaz, four et frigo équipent la cuisine. TV et wifi dans le salon. La porte de la résidence est dur à ouvrir, il ne faut pas enfoncé la clef jusqu'au bout dans la serrure. L'appartement est très bien situé. L'avenue compte de nombreux restaurants de toutes sortes. Les clefs du logement sont à aller chercher dans le bureau du loueur. Caution de 500$. Malgré quelques points négatifs, et sont prix élevé (mais bon c'est comme ça à new york), je recommande cette appartement pour un groupe de 8 personnes.

Petit appartement parfait pour 6 personnes et très bien situé à 5 minutes du métro. Les chambres donnent de l autre côté de la route ce qui permet de dormir sans les claxons et les sirènes. Un appartement simple mais avec tout ce qu'il fallait. Juste un petit bémol pour le canapé qui devrait être changé car les ressorts ressortaient.
Bref, je le conseil...

The flat is a makeshift flat with no privacy!! Neither 9 Flat or the host, Casanova Condos / NYC Short stay wanted to help to move to another flat, they simply did not want to help at all - absolute shocking! I would advise you not to use this company as customer service is not part of the deal.

The apartment was very close to what we had expected. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The beds were good and we had hot water in the shower. We did not need much else as we wanted to explore the city and not hang around in the apartment. The Wi-fi was good and there were lots of tv-channels. The kitchen was well enough equipped, but we did not use it much.
The apartment was pretty clean, but the cleaners must have missed a spot beneath the sofa as there were some big dust balls.
The isolation is not perfect and it was a bit noisy, but you have to accept some noise when staying in the center of a major city.
The location is great with only a few minutes walk to Penn Station and easy access to rest of Manhattan, the other boroughs and airports etc.
We picked up the keys at a office nearby and we are pleased with the way it worked out, we received the necessary instructions before travelling and there were no surprises.

No Internet or cable, we were there for work so this was a real problem for us. Trying to get anything sorted was impossible, we just got sent round in circles so nothing got fixed the whole time we were there.

Appartement bien placé avec le métro et commerce à proximité quartier calme et sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

L' appartement est très bien, mais quelques petits details de finition: exemple tringle de rideau penchant d'un côté, fuites robinet evier cuisine, également celui de la douche, table salle à manger bancale,
vitre fenêtre de chambre remplacée part un plexiglas non étanche.

Nous avons loué deux appart dans la mème residence pensant avoir comme les photos et l'agence nous précisé identique mais à notre arrivé, on c'est apercu que pour l'appart du RC les photos mise sur le site était aussi celle de l'appart du 1ere étage . Les plaids sur canapés et dessus de lit qui embélisse les photos n'étais pas au rendez vous.
Premiere nuit passé sur place sans électricité dans les 2 apparts, j'attends toujours un geste de 9flats à ce sujet.
les secretraires de l'agence ou on a du retirer les clés étaient d'une améabilitées surprenantes.lol
Enfin Bref je crois qu'on appelle ça l'AVENTURE;

Bruyant, entrepôt au rez de chaussée dont les ventilations de toitures fonctionnent en permanence nuit et jour, malheureusement côté chambres.

El apartamento muy limpio y bonito.bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario de equipamiento. Ok!!! Aunke las fotos ke estan arriba no son del piso donde me aloje.....me cambiaron un dia antes de mi viaje...

Wir hätten erst einen Staubsauger benötigt! Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung passte nicht. Wir hatten für den gleichen Preis eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafmöglichkeiten - das war in Ordnung.

Bruyant (fenêtres non insonorisées donnant sur une cour envahie de climatiseurs et d'extracteurs fonctionnant jour et nuit), une seule fenêtre ouvrante, douche brûlante (insupportable) impossible à régler, ménage fait succinctement. Deux vrais grands lits confortables et un canapé lit, 4 chaises et une table où manger confortablement, draps, serviettes de toilette, climatisation très efficace. Commerces, restaurants, métro à proximité immédiate. Accueil de l'agence très agréable, valises laissées au départ jusqu'à 19h30 gratuitement : très commode.

Un appartement sur rue au rez-de-chaussée surélevé (1er étage pour les Américains) très bien situé près de Central Park, du métro, des bus et des commerces dans une rue et un immeuble calmes (au mois d'août) . Accès très facile à tout Manhattan, Harlem et Brooklyn par le métro. Aucun problème le soir. L'hôte est effectivement une agence de location. Il ne faut donc pas s'attendre à une relation amicale privilégiée avec de vrais New New-yorkais mais aucune difficulté particulière à signaler : les clefs sont à retirer à une agence aux heures ouvrables (coût supplémentaire en dehors de ces horaires), possibilité de laisser les bagages à l'agence le dernier jour en attendant le départ. L'appartement est fidèle à la description. On regrettera simplement un manque de luminosité et d'aération naturelles dû au plan de l'appartement (fenêtre dans la chambre seulement), un système de douche pas très simple et un ménage qui pourrait être fait plus à fond. Très bon séjour toutefois.

The appartment was a big deception.
It was noisy, the walls were on paper, we hear the people talking in all
the other appartments and the street door was slamming all the time.
It is dark, almost no daylight, very depressing...
In the bathroom there is no place for the towels or the soap. The
corridor is stinky.
Conclusion: this appartment is noisy, dark, poorly
equipped and too expensive.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen! Es sind nur wenige Lautminuten bis zum Time Square und es sind zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe.

Leider ist ein Schlafzimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet, welche sehr laut ist. Selbst mit Ohrstöpsel konnte man nicht Schlafen. Das Zimmer hat keine richtige Wand, sondern die Wand hat nur eine Höhe bis ca. 50 cm bis zur Decke. Die im Fenster eingebaute Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und einfach ins Fenster reingestellt, ohne dieses abzudichten (dadurch war es noch lauter). Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr sparsam und es sind auch kein Esstisch und keine Stühle vorhanden. Das Türschloss ist sehr wacklig und abgenutzt, sodass wir sehr lange brauchten, um herauszufinden wie der "Kniff" ist, sie aufzubekommen.

Wenn Lage gegenüber Komfort überwiegt, dann ist die Wohnung super. Wenn nicht, dann Finger weg!

Das Apartment war sauber und so ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein und die Schlafcouch nicht gerade bequem. Insgesamt für 5 Tage völlig okay.

Super Lage - sehr zentral & alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Apt. Kleiner Nachteil: Straßenlärm nachts hörbar & relativ kalt, da das Apt. erst über mobile Heizgeräte richtig warm wurde.

Perfekte, sehr zentrale Lage am Bus Authority Terminal an der 42.Strasse, ca. 800m zum Times Square.
Etwas abgewohnt, sehr kleines Bad, keine Möglichkeit die Heizung zu regeln (zeitweise kalte Wohnung), Super WLAN-Internet
Saubere Bettwäsche, Handtücher vorhanden.

Positiv: Die Lage ist echt klasse...Metro ist nur 2 Blocks entfernt.
Negativ: Heizung lies sich nicht regulieren und lief die ganze Woche auf voller Leistung...wir mussten Ende November die ganze Zeit die Fenster auflassen um uns überhaupt in der Wohnung aufhalten bzw. schlafen zu können, was natürlich in Nacht zur Strasse raus ein absolutes Unding war. Die Heizung leckte und wir mussten einen Topf unterstellen der 2 mal am Tag voll war. Die Fenster blieben nur geöffnet, da wir Töpfe dazwischen geklemmt haben. In der Küche gab es kein Warmes Wasser und in der Küchenwand klaffte ein Faustgrosses Loch in der Wand. Sollten sie Fotos von den beschriebenen Situationen wünschen liegen diese vor.

We had to get the keys in their office instead of being able to go staight to the apartment. With lots of luggage and being the first time in NYC this was a bit inconvienient, but ok.
We stayed in the flat for one week. The moment we stepped in we noticed that is was quite chilly inside and soon found out, that the heating wasn't working. With outside temperatures of about 40 to 50 degrees ( and going down, it even snowed one of the days!) that was a horror and we got a cold the first night. Great start to the trip!
The host didn't manage to provide us with a space heater for two days, which then still was not sufficient to heat the whole apartment. The last coulpe of days the warm water didn't work or only started to work late in the morning.
So if you want to spent a good time in New York, not worrying about your health and looking forward to some relaxation after long days of sightseeing, get a hotel (or at least an apartment by somebody else)!!!

Perfect location 5 min to Times Square. Nice little appartment. Hot water, but the showerhead couldn't be adjusted, so lots of water (everywhere). Only downside was that it was very dark. All 3 windows close to next door walls, stading close to one of them you could se part of the sky :-/ couldn't live like that, but as a visitor we managed. You get a lot for a reasonable price - very recommendable :)

Uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern hat insbesondere die fantastische Lage der Wohnung gefallen, so konnten wir unser sehr umfangreiches Tagesprogramm, problemlos für kurze Stops im Appartment unterbrechen. Unsere Kinder liebten es, an den bodentiefen Fenstern zu sitzen und den aufregenden Stadtteil Manhatthan zu beobachten. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung im Internet und war mit allen für uns notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet.

Also, Lage und Sauberkeit und das ordentliche Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sind positiv zu bewerten. Allerdings ist das Bad winzig, vor allem das Waschbecken in einer Mininische, quasi nicht zu gebrauchen. Zähneputzen und Waschen fand daher in der Küche statt. Leider ist die Wohung sehr dunkel, da alle Fenster zu schmalen Innenhöfen gehen. Solange man sich dort nur zum Schlafen aufhält, ist das aber hinnehmbar. Nur wer NY mit Aussicht will, sollte hier nicht einziehen.
Supermarkt, erste Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür. Bis zum Central Park bzw. E 59th/5Ave ist man flotten Schrittes in 12-15 min

This amazing apartment is placed in the classical Upper East side where you can feel as you where a real New Yorker. All amenities are provided to make you feel as you where at home, even WIFI. 10 minutes to the Ferry station to Brooklyn or the Rosevelt Island Tram and really close to Central Park, this place is such a wonderful choice for visiting NY.

This really nice apartment will make you feel as you were at home. There you will find all the amenities you need for it. You will be living in the West Side, next to Broadway or Times Square, and really close to most of the highlights of the city.

Placed in the heart of the West Side this apartment is just the tipical New York place. There you will find all the amenities you need for a perfect stay and you will be really good conected to the rest the whole city because it is really close to Penn Station. Bars, clubs, cafes and everything to have an incredible time in NY!!!

Placed in a really nice neighbourhood this nice apartment has all the amenities you need for a perfect time in New York. Next to Central Park you could feel as you were a real new yorker, living in one of the most authentic areas from the city.

This apartment is placed in one of the West Side towers and it has an amazing view of Manhattan. Next to Penn Station, you wiil be perfectly connected to everywhere in the city, and sorrounded by nice bars, restaurants... And next to Broadway!!! So you can just go walking to see your favourite show at night!!!
