Anette 5.0 04/07/2013Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand ist um die Ecke, Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind auch nicht weit.
Alles war super sauber und in einem perfekten Zustand! Wenn man zu viert anreist muss man sich eine Bettdecke teilen, aber sie sind riesig, von daher ist das unter Freunden kein Problem.
Ich würde mich sofort wieder für dieses Appartment entscheiden!

Cet appartement sympa est au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur.
Le quartier très central dispose de nombreux bars , a savoir pour ceux qui recherchent un quartier très calme . -

It was a very nice, clean and modern apartment. It was a plus to have Wifi and to be this close to the see and supermarkets. One tiny little thing is that we missed a brush for the dishes and a drying frame or dish towel. Overall I would recommend it for a nice stay in Barcelona.

Die Lage in Barceloneta ist sehr gut. Der nahe gelegenene Strand, die kleinen Lebensmittelläden und die Apotheke, praktisch vor der Haustüre und die nahe gelegene Innenstadt bieten viel Abwechslung und alles, was zu gelungenen Ferientagen beiträgt!

The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like on the fotos. It is perfect for two people.It has a small balcony, not comfortable for two, but ideal if there are a smoker an a nonsmoker travelling together.
It´s very clean, cosy, nice furnished, good equipped and really good located: 2 min. to the beach and 5 min. to the next metrostation (Barceloneta). But you can also walk to El Born in about 10, to Barri Gotic in about 20 min. It is located in the middle of the vivid , local neighbourhood, with bars, restaurants, minimarkets - so it is not really quiet, but we liked it and we soon felt like genuine locals ;-)
It is near to a quit affordable public garage, only a few minutes by car. If you don´t move your car for 5 days, it costs 38,50€, then 7,50€ a day. Perfect!
Only one negativ: the staircase is extremly narrow and in case of an emergency this could become a serious problem.
But all in all we liked it very much and would book this apartment again! -

We stayed in this flat (in Barcelonetta) with 4 people for one week. it's a nice place to stay. we would do it again! and: Mireias family was so totally(!) great & caring. thanks! our pros:
+the flat was like the pictures said & clean & air conditioned
+plates/pans etc. was there for cooking
+we got an extra ventilator for the bedroom immediately after asking.
+there was free Internet available - and i LOVED that(though we had to go to the front door, three floors downstairs)
our cons:
-it would be very great if Mireia would left some very basic stuff from other users in flat (toiletpaper - wasn's there, sal/pepper)
-the bathroom is extremely(!) small,so it's not possible to get dressed in there (really!) (and i'm only 170cm tall)
-sadly it's very noisy @night, even with closed windows (old windows, noisy town), so we didn't got much sleep
-the flat is in a house with extremely small floors (i had to carry my crabwise) and everyday it smells there like...really not good ;) -

the apartment was perfect. clean and small but enough space for everything like clothes and shoes and everything else. tv didn't work because of faint signal but we had no problems with the internet connection. all in all I would recommend this apartment to everyone, we were really happy with everything and had a great time in Barcelona!

Zunächst hatte ich einen super netten Kontakt mit Mireia. Sehr geduldig hat sie vorab meine Fragen beantwortet. Während des Aufenthalts war sie immer zu erreichen.

Mireia ist sehr hilfbereit. Sie hat uns am Abend vor dem gebuchten Flugt, nachdem wir unverschuldet eine kurzfristige Annulierung unserer Ferienwohnung erhalten hatten, die Unterkunft zugesichtert. Bei der Wohungsübergabe war sie pünktlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Als bei der Abreise noch eines unerer Handys liegengeblieben ist, hat sie blitzschnell gehandelt und uns ein zweites Mal "aus der Patsche" geholfen! Danke Mireia, wir könnten uns gut vorstellen in einer etwas wärmeren Jahreszeit noch einmal bei dir zu buchen!

Mireia is a very nice and pleasant person, also helpful and friendly.
When we arrived by car, and met in front of the house, she helped us with our luggage, then accompanied us to show us the way to the next public garage, explained us the prices there, and then walked back with us to the apartment. (After a whole-day-car-journey and also being in a completly unkown city, being guided to the garage and back to the apartment was very comfortable an easing!)
When we arrived at the house again, she shoved us the two available apartments, so we could choose the one we prefered.
She also asked the next day if everything was o.k or if we need anything (but everything was fine!).
All in all a perfect host! -

We tried 9flats the first time & and with Mireia & her family it was absolutely uncomplicated and easy. she & her family was totally caring (we could ask her per sms/ phone for Internet, extra ventilator/ etc.), very
nice and friendly. i can absolutely recommend, to rent their apartments!
there is only one thing we missed:
the apartment house is in Barcelonetta in a very small street (NOT listed with name @ googlemaps!!). even the taxi driver couldn't find it so we had o search very hard. so we really wondered why we didn't got any driving
location... so for us it was a unlucky start (searching in the summer sun at 40 degree, with all our bags etc. + after a hard flight...)
We would recommend asking Mireia for the next big street (it's along the beach) and the right crossroad & byroads. than you can find the place on your own :)
!the street itself is NOT listed with a name at google maps!

Mireia is an uncomplicated, friendly and sympathetic host. Nothing to complain about.
