Fantastisch ist der Blick vom Balkon oder Wohnzimmer auf Paris-immer auf den Eiffelturm zu schauen-einfach traumhaft.Draußen sitzen (6.Stock) über den Dächern;einfach zum Genießen.Wohnung sauber ,gepflegt,ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer leicht umzubauen und bequem-und mit Eiffelturmblick! Auto in Tiefgarage ideal.Lage der Wohnung zwischen zwei Metrostationen,einkaufen um die Ecke.Einfach super.Kleiner Nachteil :am Wochenende gegenüber Bar o.ä.dadurch etwas lauter durch kommende/gehende Gäste.Ansonsten ruhig,auch im Haus.

Das Appartement beinhaltet alles was 4 Personen für den alltäglichen Bedarf benötigen, der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist einfach atemberaubend - also genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist für diese Lage sehr günstig. Den Parkplatz in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage empfehle ich jedem Besucher, da in annehmbarem Umfeld nur Anwohnerparkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Die nächsten Metro-Stationen sind 200 - 300 Meter entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden.

across Paris with a spacious porch. Ideal for
Sunday breakfast in the summer. The place
was clean and had everthing you would for the weekend.

Connection with public transportation to downtown area is very easy.

Only drawback was location across a concert hall. Not for the noise, but some drunk vomited in the entrance area, which was not a pretty sight.

une vue fantastique et un appartement vraiment sympa et très bien équipé, dans la cuisine il y a tous les ustensils qu'il faut. Et même le café était fourni!!!

Very nice place, well organized and suitable for a stay in Paris. Close to metro and not so far away from the main center. Though the staircase is not very welcoming the flat is cosy and charming. Few restaurants, shops, bakeries around - so worth trying.

Unmittelbar an der Metrostation und somit zentral, die Nachbarschaft vermittelte kein "Touri-Dasein" - nach dem anstrengenden Touristenprogramm mit allen Besichtigungen etc. war die Wohnung unser zu Hause...

very nice and modern and good location as well. We would stay there again. Everything we needed, from metro station to supermarket and bakery was just around the corner. And a very good "fromagerie". Bit smaller then I had expected but I might be spoiled from living in North America too long. Every space in the apartment was well used.

Das Apartment ist klein aber sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Mit zwei bis drei Personen kann man prima ein Wochenende und auch länger dort wohnen. Das 20. Arrondissement ist vielfältig und es gibt viele nette Bistros und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt erreicht man schnell per Metro oder mit dem Bus. Kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our trip to Paris in this very nice and comfortable flat! We had everything we needed and much more!!

the flat is really beautiful. close to the metro station avron. easy to find. close to the next supermarket. modern kitchen and shower. very clean. big tv screen. bed and coaches are ver comfortable

Small but clean modern flat, very well equipped. Remarkebly quit spot. No neighbour or streetnoise. Shower is good (really hot water), beds are good. Location is very close to subway lines, supermarket and bakkery.
Car park in the street is possible. High prices, not unusual for Paris, during daytimes free in the evening, closed parking in the neighbourhood (place Nation, parking picpus) about the same price for parking 24/24 as parking in the street.
