Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist, obwohl an einem kleinen Platz gelegen, sehr ruhig. Etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wege zum Busbahnhof und zur Vaporetto-Anlegestelle sind nicht weit.
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Bis zu 3 Personen können hier gut einen Urlaub verbringen. -

Michele, der auch von seiner entzückenden Tochter unterstützt wird, ist ein perfekter, sich gut kümmernder Gastgeber. Die Fewo ist winzig aber wirklich gut durchdacht. Ich hatte noch NIE ein Quartier, in dem wirklich nichts fehlte, bis ich zum ersten Mal im Casa Zen war. Wer authentisch in Venedig urlauben möchte, kann sich hier nur total wohl fühlen. Auch Einkaufmöglichkeiten für die individuelle Versorgung gibt es in kürzester Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist klein, in der Küche etwas dunkel, aber recht gemütlich und sie hat gute Betten - für drei ist sie etwas eng, aber für zwei tipto
p. Komfortabel auch mit WLAN und dem zur Verfügung gestellten Laptop. Ich habe auch die Waschmaschine benutzt, da ich einen ganzen Monat dort war - sie ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet für ihre Grösse, ich
habe auch einfache Sachen gekocht. Die Lage ist super zentral, was aber
auch heisst, dass am Wochenende die Nachtschwärmer vorbeiziehen, die man hören kann.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und war nicht das letzte Mal dort.

The location is great ; a supermarket at the corner, restaurants and cafes all around and one of the best ice cream in Venice is very close.
Transportation is 5 min away and to Piazzele Roma its a 8 min pleasant walk.
The apt is a small duplex, well furnished, free Wi-Fi and laptop connected to internet. No TV, that's ok with me, no Air cond. but a fan, that was ok but could be a problem in hot weather. Bathroom facilities are on the bottom floor. Bedroom on top.
The building is old, Venice style, shows some damp problems. -

The apartment could not have been in a more central place - very quirky apartment but just perfect for what we needed for our 3 night stay.
Everythihng was clean and tidy and the nearby shops sights and facilities were great
We definitely will be coming back to Venice

The apartment can easily accomodate 3 persons, us being just two enjoyed plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and the supermarket is just 50m away so you don't have to spend money on expensive breakfasts. If you don't want to cook though the Dersut Cafe is next to the Frari church and open daily from 6am to 8pm.
The apartment itself is really nice, sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, the only thing missing is the A/C but the fan did its job well. I loved this place and look forward to coming back -

All the stuff we may need even more than we need was available in the kitchen and the room and the location was very close to everywhere after we lost and then explore the right directions.. it was warmly welcome to Venice:)). Besides the supermarket is 1 min. away even though we noticed last day. We are really satisfy during our stay.

Spitzen-Lage mitten in der schönen Stadt. Gleich in der Nähe S. Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, Super-Markt unmittelbar in der Nähe und viele kleine Bars zum Frühstücken, Restaurants und malerische Gassen zum Schauen und Staunen. Schön auch: Man kann auf dem Fensterbrett sitzen und das geschäftige Treiben in der Gasse beobachten. Ansonsten hat man Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Appartment ist gut geeignet für zwei. Schöne Tage in bella Venezia!

Un apartamento acogedor, con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana. Una excelente ubicación para pasear y conocer Venecia, cerca a los sitios de interés.

Micheles place was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The location was more than fantastic! The apartment is very central, minutes from the station. From the main station you can take one of the Vaperettos (water buses) down the Grand Canal which makes it really easy to reach many sights including San Marco.
There are many restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket closeby. The kitchen is well equipped so cooking and eating in is not a problem.
If I were to visit Venice again I'd be more than happy to stay in Micheles apartment again!

The location of the apartment is good to start for day trips into the city. The water taxi is no more than a 4 min walk away. I was however attacked by mosquitos during the nights and left Venice with lots of bumps. (killed each night at least 30 of them) Up to 3 people can sleep in the apartment. The double bed is a fold out couch. I consider the apartment in "basic" shape.

L'alloggio e' un confortevole appartamentino molto comodo per chi arriva dalla stazione o da piazzale Roma. E' sempre ben pulito e la cucina e' attrezzata di ogni accessorio utile per prepararsi un buon pranzetto.

Der Gastgeber hat unsere Ankunft perfekt betreut und uns in Empfang genommen. Er hat eine Kleinigkeit, die uns in der Dusche gar nicht gestört hat, während unserer Abwesenheit diskret repariert und auch noch Anti-Mücken-Equipment bereit gestellt. Komplette Ausstattung, alles bestens! Danke Michele!

Michele was a great Host, we got more than we expected. We were met at the station and taken to the apartment which was great! If not, it could have taken us a while to navigate around the windy and narrow streets. We did not need to contact Michele during our stay but he was friendly and offered to help if it was necessary. Oh, there was also a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge : ) Thanks again!

Michele is a fantastic host. He picked me up from the bus station and guided me to the apartment where a bottle of wine was already waiting. We kept in touch with SMS / phone whenever I or he had a question.
