There is no pool and no gym. There is not even access to the top floor to at least look at the view. Room changed to another apartment in another building with very little notice and no explanation. Staff at the desk of the building had no idea who I was and it took a while to confirm the apartment. The apartment itself looks directly onto a concrete wall and alley way. Nearby builders are constructing an apartment. There is wireless but no wireless code so I had to buy a cable to be able to use it. The door handle broke (i.e., just kept turning around 360 degree) and I was looked in the bathroom for 30 minutes until I managed to tear off the handle and prize some of the mechanism out so that I could turn the door. Santiago was fine - a great city - but this apartment is nothing like what it was advertised as and anyone booking it should be warned.
