The place it's an ok apartment for like half of the price.

the beds weren't great too. not ez to sleep.

it's well located but some stuff can be improved.

the bath protector need to be replaced.

the thing we didn't like was the amount of dust on the floor, bathroom , couch. if u walk barefoot on the house your feet seemed like u walked on the street and it's really bad to see that on your first hours at a supposed cleaned house.

the cooking kit should be verified because seems a lot of danger to have all the cables near the washbasin.

Itziar was a nice host , everytime avaiable.

Very spacious, modern and cozy apartment. Nice neighborhood, a few parks and supermarkets nearby. Bus and Metro to the inner city every 20 minutes. After all, absolutely recommendable.

Preis/Leistung ist schlecht. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr / Stuhle / Tisch) war teilweise nicht vorhanden, manches ziemlich runtergekommen und schmutzig.
Dennoch war die Lage sehr gut. Metro Station,Bus, Supermarkt, Apotheke und nette Bars sind gleich vor der Tür:)

Price / performance is bad. The apartment is quite noisy. The equipment (dishes / chair / table) was partially missing, some pretty run down and dirty.
However, the location was very good. Metro station, bus, supermarket, pharmacy and nice bars are right outside the door :)

Was die Wohnung besonders auszeichnet ist die Lage und die Größe.
Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für 2 befreundete Päarchen oder eine Familie mir 1-2 Kinder.
Leider ist die Sauberkeit sehr dürftig. Die Wohnung staubt sehr schnell ein und die Duschkabine ist dringend Sanierungsbedürftg. Auch die Bettmatratzen sollten erneut werden.
Unter dem Strich eine gute alternative zu einem Hotel.

seul bémol , l'appartement est un peu sombre et le problème avec la terrasse qui était très sale et donc inutilisable à notre arrivée mais qui a été nettoyer par la suite.
Je le conseille vivement malgré quelques petits points négatifs!

Top-Lage, um Barcelona zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir mussten mit dem Auto anreisen, es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit direkt vor die Wohnung zu fahren, da das Viertel für den normalen Autoverkehr gerrt ist. Parkhaus ein paar hundert Meter kostet 28 Euro pro Tag.Abends ist es etwas lauter, vorm Haus sind mehrere kleinere Tapas-Bars und Restaurants, viele Straßenmusiker spielen bis nachts. Man ist halt mittendrin, eine besondere Atmosphäre.

Gute Lage. Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten, selbst die Ausstattung war gut. Nachts war für uns ungewohnt laut, bedingt durch Restaurantbetrieb, Müllabfuhr und Straßenreinigung. Besonders die Leerung der Glascontainer um 3 Uhr morgens war eine neue Erfahrung. Die Lage und Nähe zum Strand und den Sehenswürdigkeiten hat uns dafür entschädigt.

Das App. liegt super zentral, man kann die gesamte Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Große Fenster zum Innenhof,hell und kein Straßenlärm.
Ist gut für zwei Personen geeignet.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch im Wohnviertel Poble Sec. Lediglich die Matratzen hätten etwas fester sein können.

Excellent location, don't know I could find a better one. The apartment itself is a little funky- no door on the bedroom, and it can sleep 4 but only has bedding for 2 beds (not 3) So its best for 1 or 2 couples. The house has some quirks as far as heat/stove goes. If you're used to the appliances there you'll be ok. Overall was very pleased with the location, and the apartment was clean, just had hoped there would be a little more privacy in the unit itself.

The place is in a great area with lots of restaurants. Just make sure you go through and DO EVERYTHING yourself in the apartment before your host leav since we had a few problems (turn on the stove, the tv, etc. The gas on the stove was off and it took us a couple of days to work it out). The beds are not that comfortable but they had nice bedding so were okay. The only major problem was a small window in the main bedroom- it is encased in metal and when it rains is insanely loud. We finally put some towels in it and it seemed better. A little smaller than the photos but clean, new, perfect.

Es waren fantastische Ferien in Barcelona !
Das App. liegt perfekt mitten im schönsten Viertel ; man kann Alles gut zu Fuß erreichen ; viele nette Kneipen um die Ecke ; Lebensmittel und andere Läden gleich vor der Tür ; Vespa Verleih eine Straße weiter ; 20 min. zum Strand etc... man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der lebhaften aber nicht zu lauten Umgebung ; einfache , kleine, nette Wohnung mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet .
