David 5.0 23/01/2014The apartment was clean and nice the location is very good only five minute walk to Alexanderplatz and the trams stop just outside the house. I highly recommend this place.

This was a very nice apartment. We couldn't find the location so the host met us at a nearby hotel. We got in late and he knew we had children. He arrived with ice cream for them. Just what they needed after a long drive. Thank you. I would recommend this host.

The apartments location is fabulous, very central and with everything around that you need. The description of the apartment is spot on. However be aware that the information in the written text differs from the information on the links next to the picture. Instead of 40 Euro the cleaning fee is 50 Euro and even though it says linen are included we had to pay 6 Euro per person. Wifi is not free either considering the text says so. Overall it is a nice apartment with a couple of hick ups here and there.

Se encuentra ubicado perfectamente para visitar los principales atractivos de la ciudad.
Tienes muy buena combinación de trasporte público para ir a cualquier sitio.El piso es enorme y para 7 personas es ideal, cocina grande.
Supermercados cerca, restaurantes, S. U. BUS, DB, TRAM, etc. -

The location of the apartment is excellent for someone using the S/U-Bahn. The description is correct. It should also include the additional fee for late arrival. We expected a cleaner oven.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Supermarkt + Bäcker direkt gegenüber, gute Verkehrsverbindungen, sehr nett eingerichtete Wohnung, alles vorhanden. Und das ganze auch noch in einer so tollen Stadt wie Berlin. Was will man mehr ;-) Werden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

The kitchen was not very clean. I went to use the oven, and it was dirty. I felt everything needed to be washed. My largest objection was to the linens. The towels were threadbare - one had a hole in it. And we had no extras to use. This apartment was a great location, but needs some attention. A little would go a long way.

He met us on our time, was nice but seemed very rushed. I would have liked a more personal interaction, it felt like checking into a hotel.
