She almost stopped my heart when she started tugging at the chain links of one of my brand new lamp shades to see if they were sturdy enough to hang her coat onto(!), but once I clarified that that wasn't OK, she never did anything like that again. She was in Vienna for a symposium, so she wasn't home much, but when she was, she was friendly and easy to talk to.
