andrew 4.0 21/04/2015Apartment is in a great location and central to the Latin Quarter close to many bars/restaurant and not far from 2 different Metro lines etc.
The only negative comment about the apartment is that some of the rooms could do with the ceiling sanding down and repainting. But it is only superficial.
Overall, pretty good.

Excellent location with exquisite furnishing. I would have preferred a double bed rather than the two single beds joined together. Not very convenient for my wife and I. Otherwise everything else was great. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Zentrale Lage ist super! Ruhig, gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit.

Die Ausstattung war richtig gut - obwohl wir die Küche kaum genützt haben, wäre alles da gewesen incl. Grundnahrungsmittel.

Ideale Lage, um Paris zu Fuß zu erkunden, toller Blick über die Dächer von Paris, schönes Wohnumfeld mit Boulangerie gleich um die Ecke und vielen Geschäften und kleinen Boutiquen vor der Haustür, kleinem Garten ...... wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Nice amenities--the washer/dryer is great, and a market close by is convenient for the kitchen. There is some noise from the train station at the base of the apartment building and the building is kind of difficult to find at first.

I don't think the apartment has seen a thorough clean in a while. I mean its not exactly spotless which you would expect for the price paid. Our main grumble is the bedding. The sheet and blanket affair is totally unacceptable. It reminds me of my childhood in UK circa 1970. The owner really needs to invest in duvets. It would make for much warmer, more comfortable and more hygienic sleeping arrangements.

das viertel ist vergleichbar mit dem lehel in münchen
nächster supermarkt: au bon marché, tolle superedelfeinkost, riesig
entsprechend teuer
leider kein einfacher bäcker für einfaches frühstück in der nähe

El apartamento es muy acogedor y es tal y como aparece en las imágenes. Está muy bien situado en un barrio tranquilo. La cocica, aunque pequeñita, estaba bien equipada.

Habe meinen Gastgeber leider nicht kennengelernt. Dennoch unkomplizierte, vertrauensvolle Abwicklung des "Geschäfts".
Schlüssel erst im Büro abholen ist etwas umständlich.
Man möchte nach der Reise ja endlich ankommen! -

Sehr nett, gute Beschreibung wie man zur Wohnung kommt. Sehr entgegenkommend punkto Räumung der Wohnung.

Our host was very helpful...agreeing to wait for us at 1 AM to hand us the keys was exceptionally kind of him.

It was very nice and cosy. The appartment is very calm and there is no noise during the night. The only thing was that there was only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people and four nights :)

der fön hatte gefehlt in der wohnung, wurde aber bis zum abend
in die wohnung gelegt - das war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Franz mantiene el apartamento en buenas condiciones. Todo fue bien y no tuvimos ningún problema.
