This is an area almost completely lacking hotel or motel accommodation, so the suite is ideal for local visiting, and within a twenty minute drive of many of LA's attractions. The renter gets the entire lower portion of a house built on a slope, meaning that once in it you feel that you are completely in your own environment and not simply 'part of someone else's house'.

The apartment benefits from a very large secluded deck and is almost totally surrounded by tall trees which will be ideal in summer months.

The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen, although compact, is offered with every appliance and utensil for basic home cooking.

All in all a very competitive way to stay in LA!

The neighbourhood of the house was very quiet and select. There was very good facilities like a big deck and exhaustive kitchen. The room and the bathroom was extremely clean and useful.

The only problem was the car parking. When you come to home in late hours, it becomes to find a park space very difficult.

Overall, I am very glad to stay at this flat.

A lovely little place, pretty central to all the famous places tourists like us want to visit.
We would book it again :-)
