We were very disappointed by the place. When we arrived we had to climb the tiny stairs until the 6th floor dragging our luggage as we could. Then we couldn't find the place since the instructions didn't mention any room number and there were 60 rooms there!

The room was very small, too small to fit two people with two pieces of luggage, we had to struggle to place a foot on the floor once the couch was opened.

Last but not least, the toilet on the corridor was disgusting.

We paid 75 E a night (150 in total) for this rat hole and are very dissatisfied with both the room and the host.

A partir de 29€ mais en fait avons payé 69€ pour nuit samedi soir... Un peu cher quand on ne vient que pour dormir ! Appt mal insonorisé mais une fois que les voisins sont couchés, aucun bruit car appt donnant sur cour intérieure. Meublé simplement mais avec goût beaucoup de mal pour déplier le clic-clac. Finition à revoir... N'avons pas utilisé la cuisine. Quartier sympa, accès métro proche. Première fois que nous logions dans un appt de 10 m2 avec sanitaires dans le lieu de vie... Suffisant pour séjour découverte de Paris ! Super la boîte à clés car on arrive quand on veut !

We called Clotilde to ask about the location of the room and got an answer but when we started to mention our surprise towards the place she just hung up.

When we went to the shop (which again was not correctly indicated, we had the wrong name sent to us per email) to pick up the keys, the cashier told us that she wasn't aware about anyone coming on the scheduled day.

Clotilde works for frenchloc.com which is a company and is not a private person renting her place for a few days that's why you can't expect a personal welcome and a dedicated availability...

Rien à dire... Réponse aux demandes d'information quasi immédiate. Avons du joindre Clotilde lors de notre arrivée à l'appt (L'étiquette "Jeannette" apposée sur une mauvaise porte ce qui fait que nous ne trouvions pas la boîte à clés), nous avons laissé un message sur son téléphone portable et elle nous a rappelé rapidement...
