clean and nice location

The location is something that makes it worth it as someone who likes to take hop from bar to bar since there are a lot of bar's in the surroundings.

We went for Gamescom and for us it was all good enough, going to Gamescom takes about 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic with public transportations.

The host wasn't there but he communicated really fast and while he was on holiday in China he still had another contact person who received us and even left us some complementary beer, cola and water!

It was fun to be in one room with nearly grown up kids and it works fine for a short period stay to be four people in the flat.

Recibí mucha ayuda y no tuve problemas con el idioma. Realmente agradable y he quedado muy satisfecho. Muchas gracias

Nice and stylishly furnished apartment in a great location. I stayed there during a fair in Cologne but the price was still reasonable. I can defenitely recommand this apartment and its host!

Klein, schnuckelig und in Top Lage. Wir nannten es "76 Stufen zum Glück" und würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Hoffentlich auch schon bald...! :)

Central location (many pubs in the area.), surprisingly quiet, very comfortable bed, kitchen facilities perfectly adequate, great entertaiment-equipment, bathroom could use a facelift (it smells a bit musty...)

Die Lage ist super - direkt beim Belgischen Viertel. Viele nette Geschäfte, günstige Restaurants, viele junge Leute (in der Nähe der Uni) und ein Park direkt vor der Tür. Ebenso ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Aufzug und Treppenhaus nicht allzu chic, aber durchaus o. k.
Aufgrund eines Clubs im Keller am Wochenende mit Musik. Schöner Blick über den Rathenauplatz (Appartement ist in der obersten Etage).
Super sind die Nespresso-Maschine und die Minibar, beides "im Preis drin". Insgesamt angenehm und empfehlenswert. Danke!

Ein tolles Apartment mit viel Licht und gewissem Charme! Details wie eine Kaffee-/Espressomaschine, Getränke im Kühlschrank und Kosmetikartikel im Bad haben meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder...

Everything you need as a traveller, very practical with some very nice details: cool old school vintage radio + iPod/Phone station. I felt very well in the place. Lot´s of bars and restaurants around.

Nice and clean appartment in a great area, try the Italian restaurant near the appartment, delicious food!

Für alle, die mitten im Trubel sein wollen und studentische Atmosphäre lieben.

Das Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist, dass man wirklich sehr zentral liegt ... Gerade wenn man ein Wochenende haben möchte , in dem man die Ringe - Szene kennenlernen möchte , macht man hier nichts falsch , diese Wohnung zu buchen ... DAUMEN HOCH :)

Für Innenstadt-Lage mitten im 'Bermuda-Dreieck' war die Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig. Schön hell obendrein. Ganz gutes Bett. Der Tipp für die, die nochmal Studentenflair erleben wollen ! BAd etwas kühl, da noch nicht fertig repariert; störte mich aber nicht so.

die abstimmung war super, das app. blitzblank, absolute Ruhe

Alles war bestens. Sehr zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage. Als doch schon etwas ältere Semester (Mitte 50) genossen wir den Hauch "studentisch" - minimalistisch, aber alles Notwendige und etwas mehr vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns wohl!

The apartment is very nice and clean, with a nice park view. We had free internet, coffee and minibar on the behalf of the host. Also if you decide to walk to the clubbing area it's like 5 minutes, while the shopping area and the city center it's like 20-25 minutes.

For sure it will be our option for the next city trip in Cologne.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Klar, das Bad mit integrierter Dusche mag ungewöhnlich sein, aber Dank Lage und Ausstattung kann ich das Apartment echt weiterempfehlen. (Tipp: Badeschlappen für das Bad mitbringen)

eigenes kleines appartement - liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht und noch ein bischen was dazu- mit minibar und kaffee for free. kann ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Köln. Super Lage, sehr gut zu erreichen vom Hbf, schön gelegen mit Fenster zum Innenhof, also ruhig, Blick auf den Kirchturm. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber, zweckmäßig und originell eingerichtet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Kirchturmglocken stören überhaupt nicht, zumal sie nachts abgestellt sind.

Sehr hübsch, sehr sauber,viele Extras, jedoch einfach, was Stauraum angeht. Leider eine kleine Beeinträchtigung durch Glocken, die alle 15 min läuten. Von 22- 7 Uhr klingeln sie jedoch nicht.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Hatten ein richtig cooles Wochenende. Alles wichtige ist in der Umgebung. Kleines Cafe gegenüber, 3 min Fußweg - dann hat man Döner, Kiosk und lauter Bars direkt vorort. Die Wohnung ist im obstern Stockwerk eines Mehrparteinhaus. Sie ist dank des Aufzugs leicht zu erreichen. In der Wohung selber bekommt man nichts von drause mit. Also es ist recht Ruhig gelegen. Alles im allen ist/war es uns eine Freude in der Wohnung. This is a great flat in a fantastic location. Am so glad we did not stay in a hotel. We spent two nights here and walked in and out of town each day which took about 30 minutes. The flat has everything need including a great view and so much chose around you in terms of resturants and fantastic bars with really good cocktails. Only downside was we did not have more time to explore. Would definately stay here again. Thanks Andi. Ems and Paul

Die Wohnung hat mir und meinem Kumpel sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, geräumig, einfach nett. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage, die fast nicht besser sein könnte.
