Hello! I studied in Porto, Berlin and Paris, and also worked in Zurich. To travel, meet other people, their culture and languages has always been a pleasure and a challenge to me! I would be pleased to welcome you (with your friends, your lover one or family) in this charming apartment, where all will be done for you to feel at home, and at the same time to provide you with the best insights about the city, so that your stay in Porto would definitely be a memorable one! Enjoy the wonderful sunny view of the balcony, taste the delightful Portuguese food, either in the typical "tascas" or in the fabulous gourmet spots we will recommend! Visit the Cathedral, the churches, the National S. João Theatre near by, discover the hidden spots strolling by the old historic streets. Pick the best river views in town, have a cafe at Majestic, and taste our exquisite Port wine! Enjoy the new night life district, or get familiar to the most traditional Portuguese handcraft products, as well as the emergent young designers, the art galleries and museums. Take the tram way and follow the river all the way to the sea… and in the evening, try a music concert at Casa da Música. Hopefully, Porto will be one of those places you will not forget! :)

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern fünf herrliche Tage in Porto verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für jede Art von Erkundungen gelegen. Der Blick auf den Douro ist fantastisch und macht süchtig. Ebenso sind Supermärkte und ein guter Bäcker fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt.

Wir wurden von dem Vater unserer Vermieterin äußerst freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Sogleich zeigte er uns auf der von Alexandra preparierten Stadtkarte Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés, Metro- und Buslinie etc.! Alexandra hat uns im Vorfeld schon alle wichtigen Dinge, wie z.B. Anreise, Busverbindung etc, per Email geschickt. Vor Ort haben wir noch eine Auflistung von Cafés, Restaurants, Bars etc bekommen, die von Alexandra persönlich empfohlen wurden. Dank einiger dieser Tipps haben wir sehr gut gegessen oder Ausflüge unternommen. Besser kann man nicht empfangen und betreut werden. Vielen, lieben Dank dafür!
