Very good stay in Apartment Stadtvilla which I highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice and comfortable place in Berlin. The area is very safe and quiet (with nice green parks) but also close to center and shops (underground located at less than 5 minutes on foot). The place is exactly as it appears in the pictures, modern, tidy and clean. I really felt there like at home.

Wonderful apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Agreeable place, very clean, practical and tasteful. 3 minutes to subway, 1 stop to shopping possibilities. We definitely hope to be able to come back. Y. and R.

The units is located in the cellar of the main building and decorated to a very high level. So it is convenient for those who cannot climb too many stairs. The unit is perfectly clean and looks completely new, security is good. There is also a small, green outdoor area. Wifi is very fast. Location is green and quiet but very near to U-Bahn.

The place was really nice and furnished to a really high stadard. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residential area in the south-west of Berlin, perfectly located for anything around the Free University of Berlin, but also convenient if you are looking for a quiet base a bit away from the bustling city centre, since it is well connected to the rest of the City by the subway running every couple of minutes!
