A great location, very central, with plenty of places to eat out just around the corner. Within easy reach of the Parallel metro station or reasonable walking distance of El Raval, Ramblas, the port, etc.
Steep stairway leading up to flat, but our 8 year old enjoyed the climb. A lovely space to stay to relax in at the end of the day. Plenty of clean bedding, towels, etc. We had an amazing time and would stay here again.

The nice authentic appartment ist located in a central but non-touristic part of barcelona. It's quite calm, so you can sleep with windows open (there is no airco). You must be able to climb the stairs to the fourth floor though though. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a comfortable big bed. The appartment is kind of old but Yolanda turned it into a lovely place with lots of vintage details. Just around the corner is a street full of authentic bars where locals meet. Take the metro from "paral-lel" to any major attraction or just rent a bike at "rabbit bike" and drive to the beach.

Ein charmantes Domizil, als wäre man in Barceona zu Hause.

un quartier génial, très animé (surtout pendant le festival de poble sec), à 5 min de la rambla !
l'appartement est grand, très confortable et pas cher lorsque l'on partage à quatre personnes !
un très bon choix que l'on ne regrette pas, malgré les 5 étages à monter à pied !

Wonderful place to stay! Very nice, cosy and authentic apartment! Lovingly furnished. Makes you feel like home from the very beginning.

Only few minutes to the city center and the port, Metro station is also close-by. Nice neighborhood with tapas bars and everything you need.

We had a great time there & would love to come back again :-)
