The Villa is built amphitheatrically in a landscape dotted with firs and spruces, walnuts and limes. Stavroupolis is the land of the ancient Dios, and, today, capital of the Municipality of Stavroupolis, hence the name which dates from 1920s. Stavroupolis is the largest and most important of the villages of Nestos, in the prefecture of Xanthi and is build on the verges of Rodopi mountain range, with the last remaining virgin forests in Europe (Virgin Forest of Chaidou). The village is built on the banks of Nestos river, close to where the renowned Nestos Narrows and the Aesthetic Forest of the Narrows commence. To Archontiko Villa has three bedrooms in total. The ground floor consists of a large open space, a living and drawing room, fitted with a fireplace and a double bed, sleeping room, kitchen and a bathroom fitted with a Jacuzzi. The upper floor consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, where breakfast can be served. The rooms of the guesthouse villa are fitted with traditional furniture, but include modern and elegant amenities
