I'm a French-American, and I've been living in Europe for 26 years. I live mostly in Paris and part-time in Rome. I rent out my Roman flat when I'm not there (often). Been renting it for 13 years now, it's a great flat, in a great neighbourhood with a super terrace.

Nadine 5.0 26/05/2016Steve's appartment in Monti was perfect for us, a family with two kids in their teens, who needed their privacy, now and then. We loved this place and all felt at home immediately.
Our son's fafourite place was the sun deck above the roof terrace, our daughter especially liked the room on the top floor.
We will really miss the roof terrace, which is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Perfect for a first cup of tea while you are waiting for everyone else to wake up and join you. And just as ideal for a dinner with the whole family made from stuff bought in the shops just around the corner.
The location is phantastic. It is a quiet little street with practially no traffic passing through. But around the corner there are several nice and tiny restaurants, bars and cafes, shops.
We loved it, and we will definitely come back!
