I know this city for my entire life. I was born north of Berlin and moved into the city 12 years ago. I love traveling and being a host for others is a great opportunity to share the hospitality I received elsewhere.

The linen was good quality and plentiful. The decoration interesting and practical. The apartment was stylish, warm and extremely comfortable. I was there for over 7 weeks and entertained many friends, it was perfect.

To make a long story short, we Wholeheartedly recommend.
And to be more specific, we are a couple, both 60 years old. During October of 2014 we stayed at the apartment for a week. The apartment is very nice and comfortable , decorated tastefully combining the old and new and gives the feeling of a real home. Central location and good neighborhood with excellent access to transportation and entertainment. We got a very clean apartment , with a kitchen equipped with tools and even basic necessities such as tea coffee sugar and olive oil. The host was kind and willing to help in whatever it takes. -

The modern, comfortable and familiy- friendly place is situated very quietly in a backyard.Tempelhofer Feld, U-Bahn and shopping center are nearby.
Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhaus und ist völlig ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist modern, zweckmäßig und familienfreundlich. Zum Tempelhofer Feld sind es wenige Fussminuten, ebenso zur U-Bahn und zum Einkaufen.

The apartment was really lovely and beautifully furnished - and very spacious and light considering its a studio. The location was great as its a really quiet, well kept neighbourhood but the bars and cafes of Simon Dach Strasse etc are just a 5 minute walk away. There's a great supermarket just down the road and the S-Bahn is less than 10 minutes walk. The fondue restaurant below the flat was also very handy when we had a downpour one evening and didn't want to venture far!
The bed is very comfy and was probably the best sleep we've had on holiday. Can't think of a better apartment in terms of being close to the action whilst having a lovely bright, quiet space to relax. We love Berlin and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Super Ausstattung, tolle Lage der Unterkunft in dem Berliner Szeneviertel, mittendrin im schönen Friedrichshain! Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe viele schöne Geschäfte und Cafes.
Die Küchenausstattung war okay. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt zuhause in der Wohnung, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Absolut empfehlenswert!
Sehr gute U-und S-Bahn Anbindung. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und schön, man hat alles was man braucht Küche, Waschmaschine und einen kl. Balkon.
Habe immer einen Parkplatz bekommen.Big thank you for your great hospitality in Berlin! We enjoyed our stay very much! Whenever we are back in Berlin, we will try to book your place again!

We had a very pleasant time in Stefan's flat. The flat is very comfortable, quiet ,well eqquiped and very well decorated (loved the lamp behind the TV set). Basics like oil, sugar, salt... are at disposal.(this is such a good idea!)
It is also very well situated: in a lively area with plenty of places to shop and eat, close to Sbahn so very convenient to visit the city, taxis always available to go back to the airport (€30 to Tegel). I recommend this flat to anybody who would like to stay in Berlin. -

It was a very nice and clean appartment.
Everything we nead was there. No noises from outside.
It was perfect for a trip to Berlin with our family.

Our host was friendly and helpful. When we needed his help to adjust the heater, he was easy to contact.
Unser Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und gut erreichbar, als wir bei einer Frage zur Einstellung der Heizung einmal Hilfe brauchten.

The host was lovely, very friendly with some good tips for finding our way around. He texted us to find out if we'd landed and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived.

Der Kontakt mit Stefan war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell.
Kommunikation im Vorfeld war hervorragend, Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos, solche Gastgeber wünscht man sich!

The contac with Stefan had been very easy and friendly, always answered very quickly to our emails. He gave us some useful advice when we arrived (transport, places to ge to eat) and was very patient and helpful when we arrived as we got a bit lost with the buses and trains. thank you very much to him.

We spook to Stefan by sms, telephone and by mail. He answered quickly and was very attent.
We never met him personally. His wife expected usat the apartment.
Everything was fine.
