  We were vey upset to see the state the apartment was left. Very untidy and rubbish everywhere. Blinds in the living room were broken and we have ordered replacement parts.

  Guests were smoking in the apartment and using plates etc as ashtrays. Apartment smelt badly of smoke and new guests arriving have complained of smell.

  We assume the apartment was used for a party.
