Nice and clean aparment, we had a pleasant stay! Central, excellent location, although it is on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator. Description is accurate and true.

Best described as shabby chic but had everything you need for a stay.

It is a 4 floor walk up, last floor is steep. We had no trouble with sound as the neighbours seemed to not be there. So it was quiet.

The front hall in the building is off putting with the broken couch there.

fantastische Lage, sehr gute Medienausstattung, Kosten für Endreinigung und Gebühren mit 70 € zu hoch, ansonsten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angemessen

The flat it self was ok, the building however, was dirty and smelly.
The flat was on top of the building, there was no elevator, so it's pretty difficult to move your luggage.
The flat was in good clean condition, i put 2 stars because some muggs still sticky after the last person who rent the flat!!
