We love Sydney and the natural beauty of Australia and for us, there's just nowhere like Manly- gorgeous ocean and harbourside beaches a few minutes walk apart, the best commute in the world (as one of our guests put it) via the iconic Manly ferry, fantastic restaurants and shops, and a tranquil national park with the best views in Sydney just up the road from our home. Everything you could possibly need is right here, yet it's kept its laid back beachy village feel. But we still love to travel! We're really fortunate that Mike's work as a Lonely Planet travel photographer has taken us on so many wonderful adventures. Our home even showcases things from some of our favourite places, like Nepal and Argentina or even our own backyard Australia, where our photo here was taken! Whenever we're on the road we love booking local homey options, and as travellers ourselves we love that by sharing the place we love with our guests from around the world while we're away, our home is a little part of their happy travel memories too. :)
