Spacious Apartment with one large living room (where the sofa-bed is inviting for those who feel too cramped in the small bedroom) plus much smaller, separate bedroom, light, modern equipment, flat TV (although we didn't use it, also because of lacking manual of tricky remote control) even with small balcony, short walking distance to beach - and comfortably far from lively downtown scene ;-)

Very friendly people in the downtown office, English speaking and always approachable, helpful with suggestions of whereabouts etcetera; all in all a very positive impression.
