We were a group of 5 and the apartment was wonderful - clean, cosy, all amenities, perfect location, beautiful terrace. I would 100% recommend it to others visiting and would return again. Really close to Ballaro & Quattro Canti and lots of great restaurants and bars that we had found out about. Absolutely perfect.

The flat was beautiful, very clean, close to all the points of interests (markets, stores, restaurants, kathedral) 5th floor, but great view. Perfect for 4 persons. We had a great time.

My girlfriend and I booked this place for a 5 day's stay in Palermo, and we must say it was perfect from the very first start. Not only did Massimo ask us if he could give us a lift from the airport, he also was very helpful yet discreet during our whole stay. The apartment with its two bedrooms is big enough for 4-5 (max.) people, very clean and very nicely furbished. And, wich is not always the case, it has new mattrasses and enough sheets even for northern European habits. The flat is ideally located in the very center of Palermo - it's 5 minutes to the railway station and 8 minutes to "Quattro Canti", the seaside is also only some minutes away. What makes the flat so special, is the roof terrace with some nice views, incl. the cathedral of Palermo. We can 100%ly recommend this apartment - it absolutely best value for money, and Massimo is always friendly and helpful in the background. Worth 5 stars!!!!

Massimo was great at keeping in touch during booking and leading up to the stay - we had to make a few amendments (extra guests and and extra night) and he was really helpful in helping us sort that out. When we arrived we were checked in by his brother Giuseppe who gave us a useful tour of the apartment, several great restaurant recommendations and a lovely bottle of wine. Check out was quick and painless - Giuseppe was prompt and had remembered that it had been my birthday and brought along a lovely little gift of a keyring for me. All in all both Massimo and Giuseppe were perfect hosts and rally helped make our stay in Palermo something special. Thank you!

Massimo was super friendly, smart, punctually, polite and helpful. He helped us a lot with his recommendations (Parking, Restaurants, sightseeing ideas, maps and more).

Our tip: book this place for 4 days or more, so the stay gets less hectic and you can make daytrips to Cefalu and Monreale...
