Sehr nah am Zentrum und doch ruhig.
Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl, obwohl es in Wien sehr heiß war.

Ruhige, kleine und einfache Wohnung. Klein aber fein. Zentral gelegen, fast alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. War für uns perfekt..

In my opinion this is the best apartment in Vienna. We stayed here twice. Lovely area, the apartment is quiet, clean and comfortable. Convenient transport links.

Sehr gute Lage.

Diese ruhige, einfache, saubere, kleine Wohnung ist ideal für eine Person. Die Verkehrsanbindung (öffentlicher Verkehr) ist gut und auch zu Fuss erreicht man das Zentrum innert nützlicher Zeit. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt und einige Restaurants.

Besser hätte es nicht sein können

Nette kleine Wohnung, super ausgestattet, zentral gelegen.

Die Lage ist einfach klasse. Mit dem Hund ist es Ideal, da man fast direkt am Donaukanal wohnrt und sehr schnell und gut mit dem Hund Gassigehen kann. Straßenbahnhal in der Nähe. Zu Fuß ist ma in 10 Minuten mitten in der Stadt.

Квартира очень уютная, чистая, прекрасно оборудована.
Расположена на тихой улице, окно выходит в зеленый двор, очень тихо. В трёх минутах пешком расположены сетевые магазины Billa и Spar, кафе Wild, остановки трамваев.
Дом Хундертвассера в десяти минутах пешком.
Квартира очень понравилась, надеюсь приехать сюда еще раз.

Location: just perfect! 6 min. walk from Wien Mitte. With the checkin service we could drop our luggage & enjoy our stay till the very last min. 100 m from tram stop to the city centre or Prater, 15 min walk to the centre. Supermarket and bakery 3 min.

Flat: small but absolutely fine for 1-2 people 4 a short stay in Vienna. Totally renewed and refurbished, essential but complete. Extra plus for the shower cabin and the heating floor. No heating in the toilette, leave the door open overnight or you'll freeze (winter). No much light, but the Trio lamps light up the rooms with a touch of glamour (plus!). Extra clean.

Furniture&facilities. Hairdryer, mw oven and iron not incl. Moka pots are there:extra plus! Mattress comfy but starts showing sinking on the sides. Plenty of plugs.

Noise: dog barking in the neighborhood (8am). So close to railway but incredibly quiet!

Sehr zentrale Lage.
Möbel in sehr gutem, gepflegtem Zustand.
Die Wohnung sehr sauber und alle Geräte in Funktion.
Sehr angenehm ubd trotz der nahegelegenen Bahnlinie nicht laut.
