l'appartement est bien situé , mais beaucoup de difficultés pour les stationnements de nos véhicules , bonne literies , appartement agréable . , les ponts négatifs : les prises des séchoirs à cheveux ne correspondent pas aux prise murales , pas de cafetière ,digne de ce nom puisqu'il manquait la verseuse et celle que l'on nous a donné a la place était une cafetière Italienne pour une personne et qu'on a jamais réussi a faire fonctionner ( nous étions 7 ) pas de saladier ni de casseroles ni de presses fruits ni d'essoreuse salade , qu' une grande et moyenne marmite , une poêle et un petit plat a gratin

Très bien situé pour aller à pied et en métro à la découverte de Barcelone, tout en étant calme (c 'est mieux pour dormir !).
Un peu juste pour 8 personnes (2 familles). Très bien pour 6.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. 1. Reihe fußfrei direkt am Strand in Barceloneta. Es befinden sich etliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft bzw. direkt darunter. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes allerdings kein Problem mit Lärm od. Ruhestörung. Kleine Supermärkte unmittelbar in der Nähe des Appartements. Strandpromenade vom Appartement aus toll zu überblicken. Generell herrlicher, unverbauter Ausblick zum Meer. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Toilette und Waschbecken sind etwas verstopfungsgefährdet. Appartement ansonsten nur positiv. Geräumig im Wohnbereich. WLAN vorhanden. TV vorhanden, ebenso Lift im Haus. Unterkunft im 2. OG.

The apartment is perfect for a visit in barcelona and well located. There are a some baker, supermarkets and restaurants in the near.
Nearby ist the Plaça de Francesc Macià where you can find many public transport.

Die Lage des Appartments in einem guten Viertel von Barcelona war optimal.Durch naheliegende Metro- und Busstationen sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.Excellenter Bäcker und Lebensmittelmärkte sind innerhalb von nur 100 Metern vorhanden.Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 4 Personen eine ideale Grösse. Ich würde dieses Appartment bei einem Barcelona Trip immer wieder buchen.

The apartment is located in an affluent residential area of the city and has many shops on its doorstep, including food supermarkets, a wonderful fresh produce market, cafes and much more. The basement parking was a real bonus, as we had arrived by car we were able to leave it safely parked and rely on the excellent city transport services. It was a special holiday and we will certainly return to this great apartment.

It was every thing like in the description. The flat was really nice and big. It is located only 2 Metro station from Pl. Catalunya. Check-In and Check-Out worked perfectly. Would come again here.

you feel very home in the flat: a lot of light and a balkony. it is perfect for a couple or some friends that want to visit barcelona for a couple of days:)
