Lyudmila Filatova.and Aleksandr Nilov Hello. We are a happy family of four from the USA. I and my husband were born in Russia (Moscow) and came to work in USA in 1992. We own two vacation rental properties in Southwest FLORIDA (on the Gulf of Mexico side) since September 2011. The location was recommended to us by friends who live there. During our vacation in SW Florida in 2010 we fell in love with this place. We found the area to be a convenient location to everything we enjoy. It is very peaceful and relaxing place, nicely landscaped. For now we would like to share our beautiful properties with others who enjoy the warm winter either in southwest Florida. Since September 2015 we own condo in North West Pacific area of Costa Rica (75 km from Nicaragua border, with excellent dry climate). The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it is located in a safe and beautiful community by the beach, within 1 block from restaurants and mini-market "Luperon". In my younger years I was Esperanto language teacher, economist, accountant and now I am a busy woman and my husband is a computer programmer.
