Hi, I have lived in Israel with my Israeli husband for 20 years, I am originally from Colchester, Essex, England. We have a lovely house in Northern Israel very central for sightseeing, we bake all our own produce for our cafe in Tel Aviv, sometimes guests take part in the baking. We offer a continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants. We are both chefs and my husband an artisan baker specializing in sour dough breads. We enjoy entertaining and hosting guests from all over the world.
