  they were not agree to pay late arrive l at 2 in midnight
  they have check out 4 in morning
  they said we book apartment so it is our right we may come any time
  so i explain them free hour s
  and i leave them early checkout fee as well
  they were nice just we got this confusion
  rest all is well
