Hi , I am Janos , a hungarian citizen and lived all my life in Budapest but also I had some years abroad , few years on a crew ship and a year in Israel . I use to work in 5 star hotels in Budapest in the last 10 years and 6 years ago opened the first holiday apartment , the Painter . Today I manage other 4 apartments and a bed and breakfast too . As a relaxing sidejob I guide my guests and invitate them for a great day on bike along the Danube , its my summer job .

Marilyn 5.0 19/10/2016This is a beautiful apartment. We were not able to stay there as the gas pipe in the street was broken and the gas to building was off for three weeks, at least.
They accommodated us in another apartment and gave us a discount. The hosts were fantastic. -

The flat was very central, nice close to the metrostation opera and close to very nice pubs. we stayed there one week and we felt like home.

Janos Farkas was fantastic. He responded quickly to every request or issue. We plan to stay with them again.

Janos welcomed us very friendly, and he managed that we could arrive early in budapest and store our luggage til we can move in. He gave us very good information about restaurants and places to visit.
