Das Apartment liegt dicht an der Subway-Station Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenue und ist sowohl vom Flughafen JFK als auch von Manhatten aus sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig (bequemes Bett, für Bedarf: Klimaanlage). Es gibt ein zweites Zimmer, das separat vermietet wird. Geteilt wird das Badezimmer, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste.
The apartment is close to the subway station Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenue and offers easy access from JFK Airport and from Manhatten. The room is well equipped and quiet (comfortable bed, for requirements: air conditioning). There is a second room, which is rented out separately. Shared is the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room. There is enough space for all guests.

One block to two Metro lines that get you into the city in 25 mins, close to plenty of food stores and great restaurants. If you're looking to experience edgier Brooklyn as well as Manhattan this place is great value for money.

The apartment was comfortably furnished, making it like a second home. It is also located very close to a metro station so it is easy to get around.

Grace ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Anreise voll gefüllt und Grace hat sich die ganze Woche über total lieb um uns gekümmert und uns mit super Tipps versorgt. Vielen Dank.
Grace is a wonderful hostess. The fridge was filled when we arrived and during the whole week Grace had totally loving care of us und provided us with great tips. Many thanks.

Grace is the warmest person I've ever had the pleasure to stay with. Barely had a put my cases down and she whisked me off on a walking tour of the neighbourhood, to her favourite bars and restaurants and anything else I should want to know. She clearly loves this city and passes that enthusiasm onto her guests. A fantastic lady with fantastic knowledge.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay in NYC!
Grace was so incredible helpful with all her tips on restaurants, places to see and how to get there. Our trip would've been only half as good without her =) We will always choose to stay with her again!
