We spent a wonderful week in Barcelona and living in the flat of Francesco made it as comfortable as possible. During 2 very hot days the air conditioning in the flat was our best friend. The location is excellent (you can explore Barcelona by walking- mostly there is no need to use the metro) and the view of the tarrace is outstanding! Last but not least Francesco is a very kind end solicitous host!
Francesco was the best host we ever had! He gave us a lot of great advices and when we had questions he helped out at once. Thanks so much, we´ll come back :)

He wrote an email very early on to confirm the reservation and get our flight times. A great info mail prior to arrival. Also very quick replies to my emails. Upon arrival he gave us a lot more information and even though he was out of town during our stay, he was reachable via Whatsup and replied quickly to any questions. Very friendly and open minded. I would recommend anybody to chooswe this flat for your stay in Barcelona!

Francesco was extremely helpful and attentive. Communication flow was simple and unbureaucratic (E-Mail, What's App) but constantly very serious. I would strongly recommend to choose Francesco as host. He has a range knowledge about Barcelona, and knows lots of good restaurants, bars such as museums or other attractions.

It was our first booking via 9flats, but I'm already sure it can't get better than with this guy. He has an answer for everything and answers via email/sms/WhatsApp in a very short time. He gives perfect tips where to go, gets you a discout for renting a vespa, gets you the taxi to the airport if you want etc. etc.. This man is just great. We are looking forward to see you again Franz - thanks for everything! PS: We will not forget the world cup discount you promised ;)

When we arrived we couldn't imagine how excellent we get briefed by our host. When it is your first time in barca, then he can tell you, where are the ups/downs of the city. I think he got every flyer from the barcelona tourist centre, and could tell us a lot about the activities all around the city. But this wasn't all.... From time to time, he asked us, if he could do anything for us to make our stay much more convinient (i have to say: that the flat and his ambience is more than just convinient ;) )
Although we said this once before to our host, someday we will come back! :)

Очень приятный и гостеприимный человек, никакого развода, внимательный к проблемам, хорошо говорит на английском, все объяснит, расскажет куда как добраться. При въезде берет 150 евро под расписку. Мы улетали в 20 часов, а съехали в 11, вещи без проблем оставили у него до вечера.

Thank you very much to our very friendly and helpful host Francesco! He showed us all we needed to know about the apartment as well as the surroundings and the city. He had a map ready for us and explained good places to eat and drink or just to do some sightseeing.
