Me interesa el conocimiento de las culturas. El intercambio entre personas interesadas en hacer de este mundo un espacio de tolerancia y amistad. Deseo ofrecer un espacio de hospitalidad, tranquilidad, descanso para todos los viajeros, sean turistas, estudiantes o amigos. Fanny no vive en la casa pero visita a sus huéspedes para saber si están bien o necesitan algo, ya que vive a 20 metros. En la zona hay cines, gimnasio, farmacia, bibliotecas, supermercados, bares para comer y desayunar, plazas, parques, metro, excelente comunicación desde el aeropuerto. Fanny es guia turística, puede ayudarte a organizar tus paseos y excursiones por Madrid. Con ella podrás descubrir los rincones mágicos de esta ciudad. La casa está limpia y ordenada y tienes derecho a usar todos los espacios. Las habitaciones las encontrarás con toallas y sábanas limpias. Se puede desayunar en casa, también cocinar y todos los huéspedes tienen acceso a disfrutar de toda la casa.

Good location, nice neighbourhood, some pubs even in the vicinity. 10min walk from Las Ventas, 15 min by subway from City center. Old fashion furniture, very nice and cosy, nice balcony for morning coffee. Kitchen a bit small, but plenty of everything in it. All in all great value for money.

This was the perfect place for me to stay while searching for an apartment in Madrid. It offers an ideal balance between independence/privacy and community/support. For some extra money, one of the hosts picked me up from the airport, which made me (and my parents) feel way more comfortable about my first trip to Europe. I shared my piso with two other people my age (early 20's). The hosting couple rents out several pisos--all within walking distance of another--and tend to host really nice/fun get togethers for whomever is staying with them, so it was really easy to meet fellow travelers from all over the world (e.g., El Salvador, Iraq, England, China, and Austria)--all of whom speak Spanish and English (to different degrees)! The level of cleanliness in the apartment depends on the other people, but the living room is spacious, the Wifi is great, the neighborhood is safe, and this deal is definitely a tremendous value.

I had a room in an appartment of Fanny and Julian. I shared it with two other travellers. It was clean and nice furnished. Also the kitchen was fully equiped. The area is nice with auppermarkets and shops arround. Alive during the day and quite at night. Public transport is near and the city center close.

We didn't meet with Fanny that much, but Julian (her husband) was very helpful and friendly, a great host for people that don't speak spanish (as we were). We felt as he said: "this is your house."

Fanny and Julian are the sweetest, most generous and welcoming hosts. They are super fun, cool, and down-to-earth, and seem to really care about each of their guests. I am lucky to have stayed with them and look forward to staying in touch! :)

After an all night train ride I arrived at Madrid early in the morning and I was very warmly welcomed by Fanny and Julian with a hot cup of coffee. I immediately felt at home. The two are realy warmhearted and helpfull people and it is also interesting talking to them.

Fanny and her husband are very friendly .. they are kind and arranged the house with more than expected ...
